Der Service des Hotelpersonals ist sehr freundlich. Der Transportstandort liegt direkt am Ausgang des Bahnhofs Sakai der Nankai-Namba-Linie. Es ist sehr praktisch. Schade ist, dass die Zimmerausstattung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, vor allem die Netzstecker sind fast immer in einem mangelhaften Zustand. Mehrere Steckdosen können überhaupt nicht aufgeladen werden. Das Badezimmer ist geräumig, aber der Wasserdruck ist nicht ausreichend.

It was a great place to stay at, 120 m Deon train station. The check in was faster as much as the checking out. Room is bigger then average in Japan, very clean, comfortable bed, cleaning service was perfect , every day. Breakfast was great, good reason to come back on my next trip 👍👍🌷🌷🌷🌷

Excellent stay. Great location next to train station. Breakfast was good. Big room by Japanese standard. Will definitely stay here again if in Osaka. Carpark @1500yen per night but multiple entries/exits.

The room was very spacious and clean. I am grateful for the politeness with which I was able to check in late at night and check out early in the morning.

A pleasant stay as always and our go-to hotel when visiting family in Osaka. Clean, decent sized and right beside a train station. We like it that it's close to the airport, yet also close enough to Namba. Just 2 stops if you take the express train. It's older in style, if you expect something fancy and trendy, this won't be the right place

Hotel near to the train station,convenient store and restaurants.Room is big and clean and lobby is classy .Staff are friendly and they can speak English.

Easy access between KIX airport by train or car, the room cleaning crew is very friendly and thoughtful.  The bakery store has really good stuff but buffet breakfast was not good, supposed to close by 10am but when I arrived there 9:15, most food trays were empty.

Bad customer service whatever you asked they have denied the request not satisfied with the stay definitely not going thr again

I had a very unpleasant experience with a male staff member at the front desk around noon on November 30th. He came to my room and opened the door without my permission, which was extremely inappropriate and intrusive. His behavior towards me was impolite and disrespectful. Despite my late check-out being only 1.5 hours, he rudely demanded that I leave the room. To make matters worse, the staff did not call or notify me near the check-out time. I was also not informed in advance that an additional charge of 3500 yen would apply. This level of service is unacceptable and left a very negative impression. Do not choose this hotel. Their service attitude is extremely unprofessional.

The staff are very hospitable. The hotel may need a little more upgrade but the room is really spacious. They serve a decent breakfast. Overall value for your money.

Room is bigger than most hotels of similar category. Located right next to Sakai station which is great, although taking Nankai Line is slightly inconvenient
