Das ist das schlechtedte Hotel mit dem unfreundlichste Personal was wir je gesehen haben. Wir bekamen unser gebuchten Zimmer nicht und wurden 0:45 mit einem Kleinkind auf die Straße gesetzt. Unerhört.

Nur ein Ort zum Übernachten ... Gemeinschaftsbad ... Zimmer riecht nach Farbe ...

I stayed in this hotel just one night, it's was near from Airport Basel. The right way is going to the Europcar shop and than go to out side, there is a upstairs, go to the parking 🅿️ and than the tunnel going to the Hotel, because the Google maps don't work very well and don't gave us this option to walk. This way will make your time better. Anyway the hotel was very nice and clear, for one night it's comfortable.

It was ok for one night but finding a foot path was impossible at night.

Super close and convenient to the airport! Walking distance! Even dragging all my luggage, it took maybe 15 minutes walking. Make sure you have your booking number handy when you check in because you check yourself in with a machine.

Good simple hotel within walking distance to airport. This was my 5th stay there.

The hotel is located very close to the airport walkable distance. Unfortunately turn the early hours the light to guide you from the hotel to the main road. The check-in details given on your voucher is incorrect. Check-in starts at 4 pm, not 12 pm onwards. Therefore you’re nice with around in a very isolated area for long periods doing nothing.

Decent stay for the night. I expected worse but it was fine overall! It’s just a very dark entrance when you arrive late, so better arrive during the day. The receptionist was very friendly the next morning :)

I understand that this is a backpacker's hotel for an overnight stay, so I expect that the hotel will be near the highway and understand that I need to walk on the dark road for about 1km to get there, but at least, they need to let the guest enter the lobby first. I arrived at the hotel at around midnight, the receptionist was away, nobody was at the desk and the work was outsourced to somebody working remotely with the intercom at the front of the building. The hotel implemented a new checking system using a check-in machine, which will need a code in the confirmation email. However, the code was nowhere to be found wherever in the trip.com app or the confirmation email of mine. More frustratingly, the reception clerk had a very strong French accent in his English, so we couldn't understand each other clearly. In the end, a kind gentleman went down smoking and helped me communicate with them in French, solving my issue. If he wasn't there, I would probably have got locked outside for the night. This is unbelievable. This is a very unpleasant experience. I'm writing to tell other international tourists to stay away from this place, if you can't solve these issues like me.

ㅎㅎ공항 근처 잠만 잘 곳으로 니쁘지 않으나, 그냥 택시 타고 가세요~ 버스 내려서 걸어가는데 찻길 밖에 없어서 황천길 갈 뻔 햇슴다.

Que no os engañen,no lo pone en la descripción y son duchas y baños compartidos,las habitaciones echas un desastre y la cama insoportable para poder descansar,el trato de la recepcionista de lo peor,acorde al sitio,lo único bueno es que esta cerca de la feontera con suiza,y poco mas

房間是公用洗手間。前台值班時間截止到晚上十點，之後入住需要自助辦理，記得提前準備好訂單號，也可以用門鈴請工作人員協助。

服務態度還好，房間設施較簡陋，但若果只是方便前往機場而住一晚亦是一個選擇
