Advertised as a 3 star but when we arrived the hotel looked like a 1 star hotel. The price of the hotel did not match the lack of value. 1. Shuttle process is confusing, no pick-up at the airport exit. They wanted us to walk with bags in blistering 36C heat to an unknown parking area. Couldn't understand where to find it in a strange, city airport, so we took a bus. 2. All rooms were warm in the high temps, and both rooms offered had little to no air working. But the lobby/restaurant was nice & cool. We asked if could stay in the cooler area and were told 'No' because it's only for the dining area (but will not be used for the next 4 hours!) 3. Bugs all over the small closet-like bedroom (advertised as 3 stars?!!? How?!) Moved to another room - same problems. 4. The building is run down, see pics. One young woman was very helpful and the man first gave us attitude but was later helpful as well. The woman from the kitchen staff kept us out of the most cool comfortable area even though it was empty and the entire hotel was nearly as well. 5. The driver of the shuttle ride back to the airport was recklessly doing 80 in a 50 area. We tried to go elsewhere & spoke with a couple who did leave for the same reasons (they had a car). We chose to stay because of the far location (for walking) without easy transport, not finding economical options nearby, & sheer exhaustion. We bring small fans on summer trips, that was the only thing that made it possible to sleep in our warm room. We would definitely NOT recommend this hotel!

The employees are very hospitable. They were very friendly and answered all of our questions as much they could. Whenever you have a flight that is canceled or rescheduled, this is the right place to stay. You take the public bus for 2 euros, you book the room for rougjly 80 euros for 2, which is a fair price. The rooms are clean and well spaced. The food is very good.

AMAZING FOOD. AMAZING SERVICE. FROM APPETIZERS TO THE MAIN COURSE. THIS WAS THE BEST THING I ATE DURING MY STAY IN FRANCE. After a tough week and tough day this was needed to help relax. The place is amazing. The staff is amazing and very welcoming. THE FOOD RATING IS 100/100

Une désinfection des chambres est indispensable en raison de la présence de nombreux insectes type cafards ou blattes. C'est inadmissible. Le problème a été signalé à la réception le matin du départ, mais aucun commentaire de la réceptionniste....

Super endroit pour dormir avant ou après un voyage ; le petit steak frites toujours bien ! Un endroit pratique et convivial où je vais régulièrement ! Parking inclus et fermé et le personnel est accueillant et agréable ! Petit clin d’œil à la cuisine à l’écoute du client !

Un accueil au petits soins pour deux amis venant de La Réunion. Un service restauration sympathique avec qui il est agréable de plaisanter... Rien de plus agréable que de s'installer à une table avec un personnel souriant.. Ça rappel le vivre ensemble de La Réunion 🇷🇪

La chambre est bruyante et nécessite un coup de frais, notamment autour des fenêtres L' hôtel est situé proche de l'aéroport ce qui est pratique Le service est correct A noter un parking non gardé mais fermé La présence d un plateau de courtoisie est appréciable

Hôtel correct, chambre propre et équipé d’une télévision ainsi que d’une bouilloire. Le buffet très copieux et très bon. Les horaires de repas sont très large. Personnel agréable et disponible. Je recommande cet établissement pour un petit séjour (1-2 nuits).

L'hôtel est plutôt propre, les chambres sont bien nettoyés. Quant au restaurant, on y est bien accueilli, le personnel est souriant et sympathique. La nourriture est de bonne qualité et on y mange à sa faim avec le buffet. Finalement c'est plutôt une bonne expérience.

Excellent hôtel, on y dors très bien, le buffet repas est délicieux et très varié. les employés de l'hôtel quand à eux sont extrêmement sympathique et très serviables,c'est un réel plaisir ! Je recommande à 100%!😁

Top emplacement près de l aéroport ! 10 minutes excellent accueil ! Hôtel propre ! Bon resto ! Je recommande vivement pour une soirée avec un vol le lendemain ! Chambre propre, café en chambre ! Belle terrasse en restaurant . What else ? Les présidents 😉
