Ich war etwas enttäuscht, das Zimmer war nicht vorbereitet und keine Decke für das zweite Bett. Ich musste es anfordern, dann bekam ich ein schmutziges. Ich musste zurück zur Rezeption, um ein neues, sauberes zu bekommen.

Das Hotel liegt in Saint Denis in der Nähe der Metro 13 Carrefour Pleyel. Die Umgebung ist ok für Geschäftsreisende, bietet allerdings wenig Restaurants oder Bars in der Umgebung. Das Hotel selbst hat auch eine Bar und Restaurant. Die Zimmer sind einigermaßen geräumig und sauber. Allerdings hatte ich ein Zimmer zur Strasse und es war sehr laut, obwohl ich im 5. Stock war. Das Fenster war komplett verzogen und undicht was auch den starken Strassenlärm morgens ins Zimmer lies.

We stayed for two night’s, hotel was clean and the staffs were nice specially thanks to “Caetano Azevedo” when we checked out early morning the restaurant was busy. he run to the counter to help us. And more importantly they speak very good English, bcz this is not the first time for me in Paris. See you 🔜

Recently stayed 3 nights. Hotel staff was great and room clean. Hotel was full but never felt crowded except mornings. Area around the hotel feels like an African country not France. Subway is near and takes about 40 minutes to get downtown. Would stay again.

I recently had the worst experience ever at the Courtyard Marriott Paris Saint Denis. I strongly advise against booking here. I encountered the most unprofessional front desk agent, Nagy. At 10:30 PM, I requested two toothbrushes, water, and slippers through the Bonvoy app. I followed up at 11:30 PM and was told water was available but not slippers, which I accepted. Despite further follow-ups at 12:00 AM and 12:45 AM, I received no response. Being pregnant and extremely thirsty, I eventually had to order water through UberEats, which arrived at 1:15 AM, forcing me to go down to the lobby. There, I met Nagy, who turned out to be the one handling my chat requests. When I suggested he should inform guests if their requests can't be met, he raised his voice and stated I had only paid 150 euros and that water was not included. When I pointed out he had confirmed water was available but not slippers, he calmed down briefly before raising his voice again, insinuating that the service should match the payment. Despite staying at many Marriott hotels, this is the first time I’ve experienced such terrible service. It’s not about how much you pay but the commitment to service that was promised. Nagy is completely unfit for his position. Avoid HIM at all costs.

The hotel was fine but I was charged twice for my 14 day stay. Courtyard St. Denis has not refunded my money in six months - legal action now!

In a pinch, we had to rearrange our plans and needed to stay an extra night in Paris, but we had no reservation anywhere. If you are a Marriott Bonvoy points member, this courtyard by Marriott hotel is only 15,000 points per night. It was really worth it. All we needed was Q a clean room and a place to sleep overnight and this definitely filled that need. The hotel is less than a 10 minute walk from a metro station so that is also very convenient. It is basic, and what appears to be in mostly a business and somewhat residential area.
