This hotel was underwhelming. It was Valentine's Day weekend. The pictures make this place look big and clean. The original room that we got SMELLED like **** BAD and it looked like someone was just in there because it wasn't clean. Water in the bathtub and hair on the sink. Gross. So I called and asked for a different room. They were nice and moved us right away. Still, a very small room for too much money. Also, best western PLUS Kelly inn.... I didn't understand the name until we arrived. It's like they are 2 hotels squished together.

While the staff was extremely kind and welcoming, the cleanliness of the hotel and the amenities offered left a lot to be desired. Room was not to my standard of clean. Random splatters of something along the walls, hairs and dust in several places, and the shower glass door and tile walls, and faucet didn’t looked to have been cleaned after the last guest left the room. The breakfast while complimentary and expectations are never high, was not good. The food was cold. Both mornings the options offered were fine but the eggs nest and oatmeal were all cold. Even when fresh had been brought out to replenish. For the cost of this hotel being comparable to the other hiltons and Hampton hotels right next door they definitely did not live up to the standard of those other 2 hotels. I used this hotel along with a group when I was traveling with work. If given the option this will not be my choice in the future if I return to Minnesota and I also will likely not choose a Homewood suites in the future.

Meine “3” Rating ist jedoch das Ergebnis der myriaden Farben im Teppich in unserem Zimmer, der Fuzz in den Ecken unseres Badezimmers, und der schmutzigen Muck, die ich entdeckte, als ich den Bettseitetisch vorwärts schleifte, so dass ich meinen Telefon-Ladegerät in die verfügbare Leistung anschließen konnte Ausflug ... was mich über die Reinigkeitsstandards im Allgemeinen überraschen ließ.
