Die Lage ist großartig. Auf der Straße, wo alle Banken, Geschäfte, Supermärkte und Restaurants liegen. Die St Albans Kathedrale Abbey befindet sich gerade im Gegenteil des Hotels. Für die Ausstattung wäre es jedoch am besten, wenn sie einen Haarkonditioner bieten könnten.

We stayed for a Thursday and Friday night. The rooms are quaint it being a 15th century hotel. Room 1 is quite small with a tiny shower and toilet. Room 2 is much better and even has an air conditioning unit. The main issues with rooms 1 ,2 &3 is they are at the front of the hotel on a very busy road which goes uphill and thus generates even more traffic noise. The windows in the rooms are very old and do not shut properly and the secondary glass is ineffective. It means we were continuously woken up in the night due to the traffic noise. We were moved to room 2 after 1st night which was much nicer but still suffered from the noise problem. Unfortunately there were no interior rooms available. Our sons stayed in room 16 on the floor above which suffered similar noise problems, we were disappointed to have been placed in the two worse rooms in the hotel even though be booked 6 months earlier. On the positive side the breakfast was very good with tasty ingredients for the full English. There were also another 5 or 6 hot options. There are no pastries available which appears to have been discontinued so should be removed from the breakfast menu. The real positive not is that the hotel provide the wedding dinner reception for my nieces wedding for 50 people which was organised very well with very good food. So if you are booking check they are not allocating you a room overlooking the road in particular do not stay in rooms 1,2,3 & 16

Wir sind gerade von einem 2-Nacht-Stadt zurückgekommen. Wir haben dieses Hotel als eine 30-minütige Fahrt von Wembley gewählt und war nicht wie die anderen Hotels teuer. Wir kamen 2 Stunden früh für eine Kontrolle in der Rezeption, aber der Herr bei der Rezeption hat uns in keinem Problem geprüft und uns Zugang zu unserem Zimmer gegeben. Unser Zimmer war eine gute Größe mit einem Doppelbett und zusätzlichen Ausziehen Sofabett. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gemütlich und hatte alles, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigt haben, wie Eisen, Kettle, Haartrockner und Handtücher. Es gab sogar ein kleines Zeichen im Badezimmer, dass wir wissen, ob wir etwas vergessen haben, nur dass sie wissen. Das Frühstück war beide Tage schön mit viel Wahl. Es war zu Ende beschäftigt, aber wir wurden angeraten, das bei der Eincheckung. Wir haben heute Morgen nicht von Wembley bis 3 Uhr zurückgekommen, aber nach einer schnellen E-Mail an die Rezeption um halb 7, sie sortierten sich spät aus, so dass wir ein bisschen mehr Schlaf haben könnten vor unserer 4.5 Stunde Reise nach Hause. Das Personal hier arbeitet so hart und es schien die gleichen 2 Gesichter unsere ganze 3-Tage-Aufenthalt. Ich weiß ehrlich gesagt nicht, wie sie es tun und lachen weiter. Nichts war zu viel Problem für sie. Wir werden definitiv zurückkehren.

Das Comet Hotel Hatfield Lage : ausgezeichnet , nur Kreuze im Gegensatz zu Mall Zimmer : komfortable , sauber , mehr Raum Insgesamt sind Gut außer dem Service des Empfängers . Rezeptionist Service : die indische Lady Einstellung war schlecht , vielleicht sind wir asiatisch. Sollten Sie nicht den Gast nicht begrüßen:( Letztendlich, Wir genossen es wirklich. Empfohlen dieses Hotel

Sehr freundliches Personal, sowohl am Empfang, sowie im Restaurant und auch die Service Kräfte waren freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und hatten immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Die Zimmer waren ganz in Ordnung, sehr bequeme Betten, TV mit streaming Funktion (wobei es hier manchmal Komplikationen beim verbinden gab), zu meiner Freude stand im Zimmer sogar ein Bügeleisen mit Bügelbrett zur Verfügung, das Bad war auch in Ordnung, es gab lediglich typische zeitbedingte Gebrauchsspuren (kleine Sprünge/Risse in den Fliesen) über die sich hinwegsehen lässt. Ein Minuspunkt für's Bad gibt es jedoch, es gab keine Klobürste. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine gute Auswahl, typisch englisches Frühstück, eine Auswahl an verschiedenen Cornflakes, Toast mit diversen Aufstrichen und es gab immer frisches Obst und kleine Gebäcke. Das Fitnessstudio und die Schwimmhalle haben uns auch gut gefallen. Rundum ein schönes Hotel und es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt

I booked an Afternoon Tea for 7 of us ladies to celebrate my sisters upcoming wedding. There weee 7 of us cousins and sisters who wanted to do something nice. At the time of calling in to book - I was asked to pay for the whole thing up front. Couldn’t leave a deposit. I was told the menu for teas and afternoon tea would be emailed as I mentioned that 3 of us would need the vegetarian option. Nothing was sent. Emailed them still nothing and the evening before I sent a message via their online form to confirm 3 veggie options. On arrival there was confusion when we asked for 3 vegetarian for the afternoon tea. The Tea options were not the same as their options available on their website. They didn’t even offer a Tea menu. The waiting staff were in panic mode and initially I was blamed for not letting them know. When I asked for a refund - a manager came to speak to me. In the end we agreed to stay and were offered a round of complimentary drinks but were told no cocktails available. The crockery was cracked. I had to ask for it to be changed. The bread on the sandwiches were stale. And the Prosecco I paid for was not served until much later when I reminded them It wasn’t until 45 mins into us arriving did we get served. The staff were extremely nice but overall - I would NEVER book an Afternoon Tea and advise others not to. I should have gone to my usual Sopwell House but thinking I would try a different place I tried here. Big mistake
