"I had a few issues with my stay here, so I wasn't really sure how to rate the place. The first issue was with the air conditioning making buzzing noise from every 5 seconds while working to every minute while turned off. You can imagine the headache I was getting. I tried contacting the hotel via messages, emails, or calls with no success for 4 hours. To be fair, there might have been a problem with calling from my side (I was roaming), but it's strange that there is no messenger option (like WhatsApp, for example) for emergencies because it's hard to call while on international plan. Maybe they're not used to travelers from outside of the EU. Finally, my travel agent contacted the owner, and someone came to resolve the issue. Thank you to that man. But yeah, my plan to go to bed early failed. The next issue is that I found a cockroach in the room. Again, frankly speaking, it was barely alive, but I was terrified. And there were two flies in the room on top of that. However, I saw no insects after I had been moved to a different room. So, it either depends on the room category (I had a single originally), or it's a lottery. Not fun. The breakfast was good, though. Great variety of things to choose from, and the woman was quick to refill everything and clean up. The beds are comfortable, there's a safe in each room, and towels and other stuff are provided. It's located close to the park, but it's about 15-20 minute walk from the supermarket."

"Das 6er-Zimmer ist nicht besonders gross, das Bad sehr klein, alles war sauber - sehr minimal eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war ok, einfach viel zu wenige Plätze/Tische - wir mussten warten um zu frühstücken. Die Rezeption war die meiste Zeit nicht besetzt, der Kontakt hat gefehlt!"

"Wir haben eine Nacht im Hotel Bell Rock verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel ist schön ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück sowie das Buffet am Abend haben uns sehr gefallen, es gibt reichlich Auswahl und für jeden ist was dabei. Wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen."

"Der Innenhof von El Andaluz lädt mit seiner gemütlichen Atmosphäre und musikalischer Unterhaltung zum Verweilen ein. Die Zimmer waren einwandfrei und gepflegt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die bemerkenswerte Freundlichkeit der Service- Mitarbeitenden – trotz hoher Auslastung spürte man stets Engagement und Harmonie im Ablauf. Obwohl wir üblicherweise im Hotel Colosseo logieren, wurden wir keineswegs enttäuscht. Wir freuen uns bereits jetzt auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt im September im Europa-Park!"

"Eine neue tolle Pension. Geschmacklich sehr schön eingerichtet. Tolle Dusche. Sehr Kinderfreundlich. Leckeres Frühstück mit Brötchen vom Bäcker. Überaus freundliche und herzliche Familie die einem tolle Tips geben. Ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Europapark, man kann das Auto dort kostenlos parken. Zum Rulantica bekommt man ein kostenlosen Parkticket, dort muss man hin fahren"

"Super gut gelegen zwei Schritte von europapark und Rulantica. Wohnung mit Terrasse, Parkplatz, 3 Zimmer, Küche: alle Komfort. Check-in-System per Briefkasten, sehr praktisch. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Seul bémol l’insonorisation mais on est tombé sur des voisins particulièrement bruyant"

"Unfortunately what makes the experience in these apartments are not the apartments themselves but how they are managed by the owners (apparently, father, mother and daughter). Apartments by themselves are nice and location is good only short walk from Europa Park. Despite admitting that majority of reviews in tripadvisor and the other booking sites for this property are positive, every guest has the right to post truthful reviews of what they experienced despite the “hostile bullying” replies the management of this property are very keen to post to any review with negative comments. It is the most strange policy to respond to negative feedback from customers, let alone the way they deal with customers upon their stay. The feel we get from the beginning to the end of the stay is unmistakable feel of ignorant, hostile, pitifully greedy with absolutely no regard to what you feel as a guest or the impression they leave at you. That is apparent in the attitude, in their hostile replies to any negative review, in the house rules they invented (which is their right, BUT should have been stipulated in the description of the property in booking or any other site they post their property in NOT just send it to you immediately after you pay this NON-REFUNDABLE reservation – very clever). Overall, they don’t understand nor they care of the natural relation between seller/customer or host/guest, there is a general feel of superiority & hostility which is disastrous on the long run really for any business and especially in “hospitality” sector. Just to give you the feel, we stayed and left and they never even address us by our names, they just don’t care to remember them not even the lead guest, and they didn’t care even to introduce their names to us, which is extremely strange in “hospitality” business. We are group of 8 among them 2 children below 6 years old. As some other guests indicated in their reviews, the bad feel starts right from beginning, after paying the non-refundable reservation immediately you receive what seems to be an automatic message with “some” of the house rules (includes cleaning of apartment upon check-out, and even that was fine to us although not disclosed in advance before we pay, what annoys it is the illogical way in applying such “subjective” rules). Upon arrival in car from a tiring road trip we entered into the parking lot, the first experience was a lady (daughter) stopping us from parking in the parking slot, and saying “you are the 6 people, right ? this is not your parking” and she guided us to the last slot beside which in the garden the owners seem to have sort of gathering with some friends probably. All the citing of some “more” rules and handed us the key was while standing beside the gathering !!! and she seemed more keen to go back to the gathering as quick as possible, however she and her mother walked us up to the apartment afterwards with again re-instating more un-disclosed in advance rules of for example i"
