Very good location, very nice environment and hotel staff always helpful

Room dated , cracked ceiling, wall paper coming off the wall . Service was shocking in the bar area . Not worth the money .

The hotel charged guests 50 GBP for checkout at 12:30! Despite bills paid in advance and notified front desk of leaving at noon time next day ！

Quite frankly, by day 2 we had fallen in love with the place, all staff on all sections were brilliant. All facilities were clean, well maintained and up to spec. Indoor pool, outdoor pool, 2 saunas, ice plunge pool, tennis courts, orchard and children's play area. There is also archery, bike hire and even boat hire so you can have a little trip on the river. We didn't do breakfast but there is a lovely little coffee bar with pastries and for the evening meal the main restaurant operates a buffet style with about 30 options so you could try a little bit of everything. The quality of the food was also very good. Finally I'll just mention that my partner enjoyed a couple of treatments at the spa and said her experience was superb.
