"This hotel is perfectly located in the city center, offering a convenient and vibrant atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly and always take great care of guests. The rooms are spacious and spotless, and the pool at night is beautifully lit, creating an attractive ambiance. We arranged a tuk-tuk through the hotel to visit the famous bat cave, which was a fantastic experience. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious choices, and the cocktails were exceptional. Overall, this is the perfect hotel to stay at in Battambang—highly recommended!" We will be back here again.

Wonderful staffs, My stay was super good, wonderful stay, nice food. Everyone is really kind and helpful. The hotel is super clean and is well located with 2 levels pool ( amazing!!!!!!) I super recommend! Rachna, Supervisor makes us feel home! we will come back Cambana La Rivière Hotel next plan.

The property has recently been renovated and is a good choice for a small town like Battambang. The rooms are basic in style but quite comfortable and well-suited for a short stay. The hotel team is exceptionally responsive, always happy to assist with arranging transportation like cars or Tuk Tuks as needed. Laundry services are available on-site, although there are more affordable options nearby if you're looking to save a bit. Breakfast is fairly simple but tasty. I was glad to find a vegetarian cook-to-order option, and the food generally had good flavor. The team is very hospitable, always smiling, and attentive. However, I did encounter an issue during breakfast when I found some insects in the salad. While the team promptly removed the leaves upon my pointing it out, I felt it would have been better if they had discarded the entire salad to ensure freshness. That said, they handled the situation quickly once I mentioned it. A small inconvenience was the hot water system, which operates via a geyser. If multiple people are taking showers, there may be a wait for the water to heat up, but it's an eco-friendly option. Overall, this hotel is a pleasant place to stay, with friendly staff and a comfortable environment, including a pool.

We stayed here for 2 nights, it was a very lovely hotel with wonderful staff. We started in a villa which was very spacious and a hot tub outside in our own private garden area. The breakfast was really good and croissants were as good as you get in France. The location was really good, and close to a really good pizza place in walking distance. What a wonderful hotel! Small but with everything! Stayed at the room with balcony on the 2nd floor. Spacious and well maintained. Swimming pool is beautiful. Buffet breakfast is great! Staff is friendly and helpful! Excellent, convenient location. Walkable to major city attractions. Yet quietly tucked in a nice neighborhood. Will definitely stay here again!

On our trip to Cambodia we stayed at this beautiful resort. Very clean, spectacular, room with pool view. Excellent room service. Very generous buffet breakfast. Very professional and friendly staff. Their cuisine is also excellent. Really compliments

This hotel is undergoing major rebuilding work ( late Oct 24) which affects most of the hotel. construction work starts at 7am , there is a large metal fence across half of the closed pool and directly in front of half of the rooms to screen the construction.. We only discovered this on arrival and had no pre warning or contact from the hotel in advance despite having booked many months in advance . We were offered our pick of the ground floor rooms behind the fence , and fabulous as they all were , they weren’t the balcony city view rooms we had booked . We strongly feel the management should contact guests in advance informing them of what they can expect, and offering refund or discount as appropriate . A pool was a key requirement for us,but may not be for other guests for example.

This hotel is very comfortable and clean. The room is excellent, so big with a lovely bathroom. The fridge in the room is huge with a good size freezer on top which makes ice cubes very quickly. Pool was nice but not to many lounges. Breakfast was reasonable but they need to get a proper toaster not just a oven that warms bread. The yoghurt that is put out for breakfast needs to be on ice or kept in the fridge and you ask for it. We stayed for our anniversary and the room was done up beautifully. Thank you.

Our stay was fabulous. The team is so nice, always here to help you. The private villa was amazing, so quiet, comfortable, clean, with one of the nicest shower we’ve never seen. The localisation is perfect. Also, after a long day in Battambang, it’s so nice to relax in the pool. No doubt, if you go in Battambang, you have to stay in Cambana La rivière. Thank you so much.
