Usually find this a lovely spot but certainly not on this occasion. I went to get a coffee with my son in his buggy. However I was told there wasn't any room for a buggy. I was not offered a table if I took him out of the buggy, or a high chair, despite the fact there was a free table directly in front of me, or even offered a table outside! I said to the man 'we will just go somewhere else so' to which he replied 'OK no bother, bye now'. I understand not wanting to give two people a table for four, but to not even apologise or offer to get me a table in a few minutes? If I was in the company of a wheelchair user would the response have been the same, or was it because my son was viewed as a 'non-paying customer'? Anyway I left feeling extremely disappointed, and unwanted! I also sent the establishment a private message outlining my experience and didn't even get a reply which shows they do not care much about their customers.
