We arrived late at night needing two rooms for four people as our plane was so late landing it was not safe to drive the three hours to our destination. Mihail was on the desk and was the most helpful and attentive and dealing with the additional needs of the guests. We had not prebooked we just found it on google maps and chanced it as it was so late. I am glad we did, i would certainly stay again

Altes Hotel das die angeblich 4 Sterne nicht verdient. Wir hatten ein abgewohnte Juniorsuite. Die Wände beschädigt, das Bett hart und etwas durchgelegen, die Dusche zum abgewöhnen und etwas schmuddelig alles. Unsere Flipflops waren nach kurz durch den Raum gehen dreckig (siehe Fotos) Die Dusche mit Board wie in den 90ern, alles verkalkt und unangenehm. Einrichtung dunkel und nicht freundlich. Böden stark abgewohnt. Frühstück mehr schlecht als recht und ohne Qualität. Nicht einmal Salami gab es und von Brott zu schweigen, nur Toast. Da bieten andere in It viel mehr. Insgesamt überteuert für das Gebotene. Sehr hellhörig.

I stayed here for 3 nights in August along with a number of others on a language programme! Whilst my room wasn’t the best (air con non existent and no covering on my ground floor bathroom window 😮) the Villa with all its history was a captivating place to stay! The food was great and the pool area was a welcome and refreshing respite from the heat of extremely hot August days! The staff were lovely and very welcoming and special thanks to Julia for her very cheerful disposition! 👍👍

Ich hätte gern das Hotel als 4.5* bewerten möchten, aber unser Zimmer war vor dem Hotel und sogar mit den Fenstern geschlossen es war sehr laut von der großen Straßenverbindung draußen, plus es gab Lärm von anderen Bewohnern und Fernsehsendern in anderen Zimmern, Vielleicht müssen einige Soundproofing durchgeführt werden. Das wurde gesagt, die Lage war ausgezeichnet, eine leicht zu Fuß zu den Hauptattraktionen, plus eine U-Bahn-Station direkt außerhalb des Hotels. Die Gegend fühlte sich nachts sicher und es gibt einige sehr gute Restaurants zu versuchen, die nur Minuten entfernt sind. Wenn Sie wollen, kaufen dann gibt es viele Nicht-Designer-Shops aus der Nähe zu wählen, einschließlich eines sehr guten Departement-Shop namens COIN. Unser Zimmer war eine gute Größe und hatte ein schönes Badezimmer. Das Bett war groß und extrem komfortable, die Flachs war super weich. Reinigung durch das Hotel war von hoher Qualität. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, alles, was Sie wollen und die leckersten geschüttelten Eier, die ich je in einem Hotel hatte. Es gab Salate, Gewürze, Kuchen, frisches Obst, Joghurt, verschiedene gepflegte Fleisch und Käse, Sauce und Bacon und vegetarische Optionen. Top Marken für das harte Frühstückspersonal. Ein großer Start zum Tag. Personal war im Allgemeinen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf der Rezeption waren Snacks und Getränke, um Sie zu begrüßen, was eine nette Geste war. Das Hotel verfügt auch über ein kleines Restaurant, ideal für Mittagessen oder wenn Sie zu erschöpft sind, das Hotel nachts zu verlassen. Wir hatten ein paar Pizzas und Salate dort für Mittagessen und sie waren sehr gut. Das Empfangsgebiet ist gut mit Betten, sie werden Ihre Gepäck aufpassen, wenn Sie zu spät fliegen. Ein sehr angenehmes Aufenthalt.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit... An der Rezeption waren sie sehr freundlich und höflich... Das Zimmer war sehr schön mit einem Doppelbett und einem kleinen Kinderbett daneben, das Badezimmer war mit allem ausgestattet und hatte auch zwei Waschbecken mit allem, was man brauchte zwischen inklusive Handtüchern, Make-up-Entferner, Intimreiniger, Handseife, Telefon... Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, sowohl süß als auch herzhaft... Die Unterkunft liegt 10 Minuten vom Kolosseum und 5 Minuten von Trastevere entfernt... Das würde ich tun Gerne wieder ☺️☺️ ☺️

Sono certa che ognuno di noi abbia la propria scala di fattori per valutare se un posto e' bello o brutto ma che siano le persone il valore aggiunto. In questo hotel pulito, carino e molto comodo , vicino alla stazione di Roma Termini sono proprio le persone che fanno di un piccolo hotel, un punto di riferimento per i nostri viaggi a Roma. Paola della reception e' stata, ed è, la persona che ci ha seguito in fase di prenotazione e che si è fatta in quattro per aiutarci a proiettare le nostre fotografie su una parete, di una saletta allestita solamente per noi, un gruppetto di fotografi arrivati in città per un corso di fotografia di due giorni. Beautiful Hotel - outside and inside! Location not so bad to get to City Centre, and Vatican City (Approximately 5-6 K’s) Staff very friendly (Lounge, restaurant, check in) Cleaning staff.. see below in pictures… We had room 629 for 3 nights and got moved to 601 the last night… see below in pictures… ISSUES 1) 4 nights- room “cleaned(ished)/serviced” once! The one day it was “cleaned”, bed was only made, Same used towels left in bathroom for 3 nights- no clean towels?!?! 2) WIFI - hmmmmm…. Not on 6th floor! Lobby & poolside okay. 3) Pool absolutely beautiful - but went to use pool - “CLOSED” no Lifeguard on duty (to watch adults) 9+ people around pool you can’t use?!?! 4) STAFFING issues, restaurants, bar (lounge) staff absolutely amazing - but could have used at least 1 more person to assist with dinner/supper service. A hotel that size and number of guests and charters buses, they definitely needed help. Dinner service runs from 7PM to 10PM. Got to busy for the “CHEF” and @ 9:30PM - 9-45PM good luck… was not taking any other order cause to busy for the chef? ( where I’m from, if you’re open till 10:00PM, you’re open till 10PM, and the chef and staff to complete all order no matter what, that’s what you’re paid for) Waitress JONA did her best and did an absolutely Amazing! Breakfast… same thing, if you’re not down before 9:45AM… Good Luck, cause cleanup starts at 9:50AM - 9:59AM. Good luck getting anything after 9:45AM! NOW, I/we can live without not having the wifi not working and pool close… it is what it is, and even understanding the serving issues due to lack of staff. BUT the room not being cleaned for 3rd day and the ANT’s having a feast on whatever was dropped on the floor… MERCY! (I have some videos of them working as a team and enjoying their feast and not sure where they were heading to on the 6th floor, maybe the next room?) Well, we kinda got some sorta compensation, “we can move you if ya want.” (Moved to room 601 for a night, at least we had clean towels, and the bed was made up!) Checking out - “YOU OWE XXXX.XX euros”, not “How was your stay, or thanks, come again” LOL! Thats fine with me/us, cause that’s what TRIP ADVISORY is for! Would I/we stay here again or recommend this hotel, probably NOT! Have a great day, and really hope your experience at this hotel was much better than ours, cause 90+% of the staff working were great and trying to be helpful!
