Es liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt und liegt ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Roma Termini, des Flughafenbusbahnhofs und der U-Bahn-Station. Das Zimmer war sauber und der Gastgeber half mit dem Gepäck. Heißes Wasser und Kaffee sind vorhanden. Kein Frühstück.

The hotel is small and situated in the residential building near termini station. The apartment is clean and rather cosy, the personnel is friendly. Nice budget place to stay in.

We were greeted by a Chinese lady who guided us to a room just two blocks away, closer to Termini Station. The room was clean and equipped with all the essentials, but we encountered some plumbing issues. On the second day, the toilet became clogged, although the manager promptly arranged for it to be fixed. However, the next day, we faced another problem: a leaking lavatory.

This hotel is near the train station and we had to check in at one location and then walk to our next location. It all worked out, but the check in process was stressful. That being said, we enjoyed our stay and always felt safe and secure. No breakfast, but their coffee station was delicious and much appreciated. The hotel had everything we needed and was clean. Our luggage came three days late and they delivered our luggage to us. We were so happy! All in all, it was a great stay.

Everything went smoothly:) We got free breakfast in form of a crossaint even though it wasn't really included in the price, when we left the hotel manager offered to keep our baggage safe at the hotel (as we first left the city in the evening) and all in all just really nice service in clean nice rooms - the walls were a little thin so that you could here when people spoke out in the "corridor" but this really didn't happen very often (as only 3 rooms were connected to this) and everybody were quiet quite:))

Old building that has been nicely renovated. Clean room and bathroom. We really appreciate the in-room fridge!

This property is near metro station, bus stops. Convinient to walk around. Possible wlking distance to colosseum. Mr Lee is very helpful.

Great budget option if being near the main train station is important to you. The actual hotel is a nearby 2-star Hotel Sky, next to the metro station Vittorio Emanuele and 6-7 minutes on foot from the Roma Termini main railway station. The neighbourhood is okay and felt safe. The bed was okay, clean sheets and clean towels every day. Free coffee and pastries in the morning. We left our luggage in the room for free after check out. Cleaning the floor and the shower more often is needed. There was an electricity issue during our stay that got quickly fixed. The power outlets are not the easiest to work with, but do work. The wifi was okay for messaging, but nothing more. TV was practically useless (satellite TV with only few channels, no remote). If you're on a budget and need to stay close to Termini, do not spend time in the hotel and are okay with a 2-star hotel, this could be an option for you.

The room is nice and clean. There is free coffee and pastries. Hot water is working well. Will stay here again.

Хороший бюджетный отель за свои деньги. Нас заселили раньше времени на 6 часов бесплатно, что дало возможность восстановить силы после ночного перелета. Завтраки не были включены в бронь, нам разрешили по утрам пользоваться кофейным аппаратом (эспрессо, капучино, молоко, горячая вода) и кухней (чайник, приборы, посуда). У отеля отличное местоположение – рядом с вокзалом Термини. Именно здесь останавливается трансфер из аэропорта. Плюс нам было удобно с вокзала добираться до других городов Италии. Благодаря местоположению на метро мы ездили всего два раза. Также можно быстро пешком добраться до центра Рима (20 минут до Колизея), до Тибра и других достопримечательностей. Рядом 2 станции метро. Райончик простой, но достаточно пройти всего метров 200, как выходишь на основные улицы Рима, где кипит жизнь. Рядом есть супермаркет Тигре, где можно закупиться едой. Также в здании вокзала есть много кафе. Номер на 4 этаже. Удобная кровать, окно выходит на улицу. Есть два столика, один у стены, из другого столика мы сделали обеденный. Также два стула. Холодильник. Быстро принесли второе одеяло. Ежедневная уборка, полотенца меняли часто. Отношение персонала доброжелательное. Центральное отопление, в номере тепло. Вода горячая.
