A chic hotel in a fantastic location near the palatine hill. Service was kind and attentive and the welcome drink and evening drink were an unexpected bonus. The room and bed was very comfortable.

The hotel environment is well designed and cleaned. Reception is nice and helpful as well as polite.

運氣好真好我在***********沒有訂到，反而在攜程訂到這間酒店。這家酒店地點太方便了，去景點走路十幾分鍾就到了。服務對客人更是熱情，我都不知道他們哪裡來的精力！

這是我在歐洲住過最棒的酒店之一！店主非常的熱情好客且耐心，還為我們提供了免費的bar和lunch以及給了我們一張城市地圖還附上了講解。 酒店房間非常乾淨，香香的，很新，早餐無敵好吃，並且這家酒店的所以服務人員都有非常好的服務態度😭我簡直太喜歡了！！！！！如果還有機會來羅馬我一定會選擇再次入住！

住店體驗一流，酒店還非常貼心的送上餐廳推薦清單，我試過幾家酒店推薦的餐廳，非常棒。前台小姐姐 Charlotte 非常熱情友好，主動幫忙訂了餐廳，訂出租車，希望酒店能看到她的出色。

非常喜歡，近角鬥場。酒店服務非常好，服務人員友善熱心。晚上頂樓夜景太棒了，還有屋頂游泳池和酒吧服務。

位置非常好，服務也不錯，就是洗澡水很小。

Die Lage im historischen Zentrum ist optimal, sodass man fast alle Attraktionen schnell zu Fuß erreichen kann. Die Betten sind hervorragend, vor allem sind aber die Zimmer perfekt klimatisiert, was in Rom extrem wichtig ist. Das Personal war extrem freundlich

Das Hotel liegt im Stadtteil Monti direkt hinter dem Augustusforum, aber die Straße ist trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Das Zimmer war groß und sehr sauber, nett eingerichtet und verfügte über zwei Bäder. Offenbar wurde vor kurzem renoviert, alles tiptop. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, besonderer Dank an dieser Stelle noch einmal an Patrick. Zum hier häufig gelobten Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen, weil ich kein Frühstück mitgebucht hatte. Absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Das Hotel liegt zentral und trotzdem herrlich ruhig. Wir konnten mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Das Personal, insbesondere Charlotte, ist unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Wir fühlten uns rundum umsorgt und gewertschätzt. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit tollem Holzboden bzw. Marmor im Bad. Rundum ein Volltreffer für uns!

Die Chefin wie auch das Personal waren sehr freundlich. Jedoch war das Zimmer extrem schlecht schallisoliert und hellhörig. Sowohl von Zimmer zu Zimmer wie auch zur Strasse hin. Wir konnten aufgrund des ungefilterten Strassenlärms kaum schlafen. Das Mobiliar war sehr alt und schmuddelig - abgegriffen. In den Schränken konnte man kaum etwas unterbringen, weil es praktisch keine Tablare hatte.

Nerva is a lovely boutique hotel. They provide exceptional services. They arranged pick up from airport and transportation to the port for our cruise at the end of our stay. The entire hotel is lovely with the most friendly staff that makes you feel part of their family. They go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. They helped us with recommendations on where to eat and sightseeing. Always asking what we needed and how our day was after returning from sightseeing. Food is excellent. Entire hotel is spotless. They provide a safe in the room. We were given a book on Rome, a tote bag and a water bottle as mementos. Can’t say enough! Highly recommend!

This little hotel really IS a hidden gem. The rooms are clean and most comfortable. The staff is uniformly delightful and will happily assist you with anything you need. The breakfasts are so good that we went every single morning, and I'd give them a SIX if I could. Plus the location is really great, too. We liked it so much that we hated to leave!
