You’d be better off sleeping rough that staying in this dump. Owner keeps it dimly lit so you cannot see the squaller. Faeces down the side of the loo, filth and grim in shower, ear wax used cotton buds on wardrobe, mould in wardrobes, dust from years of dead skin mounting up on TV, floor, corners of room. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

One of the most relaxing hotels I’ve stayed in Italy. The location is excellent for walking riding and relaxing. The location is perfect and there are a lot of restaurants that are within walking distance. The view from the Garden is calming and children would love the atmosphere. Rome is only a taxi ride away and with the trail you can walk there is plenty to take in and see. Simone is very helpful. Families & Solo travellers would love it there. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room amenities were sparse, toilet paper roll almost gone on arrival without backup, seat precarious and no bath mat on the tile floor. Breakfast all packaged except for a croissant and coffee, if you get their attention. Employees were nice. Room was clean.

When booking, I was promised there is a good internet connection - conditio sinequanon. In fact there was NO internet. I could connect to the server but it didn't allow me to download my mails etc. More of that: the key to the room didn't work, so the room remained unlocked, the door of the shower cabin didn't close well, so a lot of water on the ground, no pressure of the water in the shower - the water was dripping, the folded bad (a camping model) was narrow, the blanket was small - about 1mx1m (needed and have got a second one). The heating didn't work. The owner smelling alcohol didn't listen to my complaints but was talking and talking and talking. Never more!!!

Il punteggio di 6,0 su Booking è ampiamente regalato. Struttura spartana, camera fredda e umida (a fine maggio), addirittura le lenzuola e gli asciugamani erano umidi. Ho dovuto dormire in tuta. Sono stato costretto a soggiornare qui perchè a Roma era tutto pieno causa congressi e finale di Coppa Italia. A fronte di un prezzo di 60-80 € per una Doppia Uso singola, mi hanno fatto pagare 250 € a notte, senza neanche poter usufruire della colazione perchè il proprietario si svegliava con calma alle 8:00, mentre normalmente la colazione è disponibile dalle 7:00. Acqua calda inesistente, pulizia del bagno insufficiente, con residui di contenitori di shampoo di clienti precedenti ancora presenti sulla cornice del box doccia e un mio pelo nel lavandino ritrovato dopo la "PULIZIA". Trovandosi sulla via Francigena, giusto qualche pellegrino disperato può accettare un simile servizio. Da cancellare.
