Der Service ist großartig und es gibt auch einen Mittagsbutler, der sehr höflich ist. Das einzige ist, dass das Zimmer einen Blick auf das Meer hat. Für eine Familie muss man sich keine Sorgen machen. Ruhig, und das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Ich habe zwei der drei Restaurants ausprobiert und die Bar ist in Ordnung. Das Schwimmbad ist ziemlich gut und der Strand ist etwas besser. Mit Ausnahme von Aman ist Six Senses derzeit nicht so neu und die Mahlzeiten im InterContinental sind durchschnittlich.

Ich habe es bequem genutzt Vorteile sind Lage, Zimmersauberkeit und Preis. Der Nachteil ist, dass es viele chinesische Touristen gibt, also ist es in Ordnung, aber wenn man empfindlich auf Clublärm oder Motorradgeräusche reagiert, könnte es auch etwas unangenehm sein. Es ist besser, kein Frühstück zu erwarten. Ein oder zwei gebratene Reis, Brot und Obst. Es war gut, weil es ein Frühstück gab, das den Magen vieler Menschen füllen konnte. Zwei kleine Flaschen Wasser wurden kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt und 500 Milliliter gegen eine Gebühr, aber ich war enttäuscht, weil ich mehr erhielt, als auf dem Preisschild angegeben war. Es gab keine Unannehmlichkeiten bei der Nutzung und insgesamt war es ein anständiges Hotel, aber wenn ich vorhabe, noch einmal nach Nha Trang zu reisen oder es noch einmal zu besuchen, werde ich ein anderes Hotel buchen ~.~

The best Hotel/Residence in Nha Trang. Located in the center of Nha Trang tourist area with an absolute fantastic seaview/seafront balcony. The hotel is well maintained, quiet, safe and the staffs are very friendly. The service is exceptional. On locations there is a seafood buffet restaurant which also serve breakfast buffet for hotel guest or resident, and a Highland coffee shop adjacent to the hotel. The infinity pool is stunning, and gym is also great. I live there for over 1 year and half and I was a returning customer from few years ago. If you want the best location, the best seaview/seafront don't hesitate to choose Citadines Bayfront, this is the ultimate place to experience Nha Trang without any doubt. 5 stars!

Obwohl ich spät in der Nacht ankam Herzliche Begrüßung an der Rezeption. Weil es ein kürzlich erbautes Hotel ist. Die Möbel und die Bettwäsche waren neu. Es gab überhaupt keine Fehler. Die Leute, die vorher dort waren, kauften geschälte Mangos und ließen sie zurück. Die Reinigungskraft hat es nicht aufgeräumt. Da es sich um ein neues Hotel handelt, wäre das Reinigungsmanagement nur besser. Ich denke, es wird mehr Leuten gefallen Das Hotel selbst ist sehr schön Das nächste Mal, wenn ich wieder dort bin, habe ich vor, nach Grand Touran zu fahren.

The staff at the Intercontinental are friendly, Kind and so helpful and all the staff we encountered during our week long stay deserve a 5* rating! Special mention goes to MI our waitress at breakfast every morning for being so lovely and caring and looking after our needs. 🙏💕🤗 Am being honest with my feedback in saying that the rooms could definitely use a revamp as they feel quite dated and not up to 5 star standard we would expect from the Intercontinental brand. Message to Management, please install a professional coffee machine in the breakfast room as the coffee we were provided with on the first morning of our stay was just awful! 😢

I recently had a stay at Hon Tam resort and I'm deeply dissatisfied with my experience. There were three main issues that left me highly disappointed: 1. Firstly, the resort is located on an island, and when I tried to arrange a boat trip myself, the security staff prevented the boat from docking and interrogated me about my whereabouts and activities. They even questioned why I would use outside services when staying at the resort. Initially, I thought it was a restrictive policy, but I agreed not to proceed to follow the resort's policy. However, when I wanted to pay the boat driver, the security staff still wouldn't allow the boat to approach for payment. After that, other resort staffs came and informed me that I can go and do what I want but I had to report and register my every move, as it was a resort regulation. This made me feel like I was in a military base rather than a relaxing resort. Despite receiving an apology from the resort management about the securiy guy's behavior, I still found the experience to be extremely unpleasant, especially for my mother who is over 60 years old and felt frightened. The resort's regulations regarding guest privacy and the intrusive nature of their inquiries were unreasonable and made me feel like I was under surveillance rather than enjoying a vacation. Beside that, the security guy treated me like a criminal than a customer. 2. Secondly, while my mother was sleeping, she was disturbed by some kind of animal, possibly a snake, crawling onto her, that made her couldn't sleep any more. I understand that the resort is surrounded by nature, and encountering snakes outside is somewhat expected. However, having a snake enter a closed room is completely unacceptable from a construction perspective. This incident raised concerns about the resort's standards and safety. 3. Thirdly, I observed a lack of consistency in the resort's management. I was informed that I could charge the mud bath service to my room and settle the payment upon check-out. However, when I went to purchase the mud bath ticket without cash, the staff refused to allow me to charge it to my room. I had to return to my room to retrieve cash before I could purchase the ticket. This was a significant waste of time. It's essential for the resort to ensure consistent information and management practices to provide a convenient and reliable experience for their guests. Despite these issues, I must commend the resort for its peaceful atmosphere, natural surroundings on the island, and the enthusiasm and helpfulness of the front desk, service, and electric vehicle staff. They were adorable and provided excellent support. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. I had previously visited this resort and enjoyed its tranquility and natural beauty, which is why I brought my mother for a relaxing getaway. Sheraton Nha Trang überschritten unsere Erwartungen. Wir reservierten Executive Suite, im 19. Stock, direkt gegenüber dem Meer. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, hat 2 Balkone, 2 Toiletten, 1 Massagebad, Wohnzimmer und sehr komfortabeles Bett im Schlafzimmer. Ich habe ihnen e-Matrix gepostet, welche Marke sie verwenden. Ich möchte eine zu Hause kaufen. Die Geschäftsführerin Michelle, Direktor der Zimmer Nguyen Thi Thuy Duong und das Rest des Personals sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Wir bewundern ihre positive Höhe der Lösung von Problemen aktiv. Michelle kann uns sogar erkennen und ihre Geschäftskarte in der Frühstückshalle übergeben. Der Spa ist der internationale Preis (kostengünstiger als der lokale normale Preis), aber ich muss sagen, es war ausgezeichnet. Ich habe fast geschlafen. Die Highlights sind zu viele zu schreiben hier, ich empfehle Ihnen alle, Sheraton eine Chance zu geben, Sie überraschen zu bringen.

Am Pier wurde ich herzlich empfangen und das Gepäck wurde mir gleich abgenommen. Ab sofort musste ich mich um nichts mehr kümmern. Mit dem Boot ging es auf die Insel und mit dem Elektrobus zum Resort. Dort wieder ein herzlicher Empfang. Ich hatte ein Gartenzimmer, mit grosszügigem Bad und einem privaten Pool auf der Terrasse. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und es gibt auch einen Wäsche- und Zimmerservice. Das Resort selbst verfügt über eine sehr grosse Poollandschaft, einen eigenen tollen Strand mit Kayaks etc. Der Spabereich ist sehr zu empfehlen. In den kleinen Häuschen direkt am Meer eine Massage zu geniessen, wunderbar. Neben dem Spa gibt es einen Fitnessbereich mit Blick aufs Meer. Der Fitnessbereich ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat alles wo es für ein Ganzkörpertraining oder eine Cardioeinheit braucht. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist grosszügig und gut. Ich hatte keine Vollpension. Das Abendessen ist für vietnamesische Verhältnisse eher teuer und die Portionen sind sehr klein. Leider gibt es wenige einfache Snacks für zwischendurch. Es gibt auch keinen kleinen Shop, wo man sich ein paar Snacks oder Getränke für das Zimmer kaufen kann. Hier steht nur die Minibar zur Verfügung. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Dies kann man von einigen Gästen leider nicht sagen. Während dem Abendessen wird an den Tischen lautstark telefoniert, Videos gesehen und Kinder spielen Games auf den elektronischen Geräten. Der Check-out und die Rückreise aufs Festland klappte wieder wunderbar. Ich musste mich um nichts kümmern. Danke 😊

We stayed here for 2nights and any one looking to stay in the city next to the beach and to all the hotspots around Nha Trang city highly recommended this hotel. We stayed booked 3 rooms 2 were panorama view suits and the other were a balcony suit. Both has amazing views of the beach and the Nha Trang bay. Panorama suits do not have a balcony so anyone smoking or looking to open up their balcony we recommend the balcony suit. The rooms were super spacious clean and the views were amazing. The roof top have a small pool not the most picturesque. Early morning or late evening can just put on your swimwear and walk to the beach from the hotel. Few beach clubs like sailing club is couple of minutes walking distance from the property.

Gutes Preis-Qualitäts-Verhältnis. Nur ein Fehler ist es ein bisschen die Industrie und Sie verbringen nicht viel Zeit, um die Aufzüge so viel gibt es in der Welt. Saubere und geräumige Zimmer.
