"We have been to Aruba 2 years in a row and have stayed at this Airbnb both times. We wanted to stay somewhere affordable, rent a car, and be able to explore all that the island offers. Beaches, historic sites and all the wonderful foods available. The pool is very refreshing, apts are perfect for any length stay, and the owners/hosts are 2 of the nicest people you will ever meet. If you are looking for something other than the all inclusive reports, I highly recommend Sunway Aruba Apts."

"Der Platz war gut gepreist und nahe genug zum Strand, um in 10-15 Minen zu gehen, Gemüsegeschäfte um den Weg, Bett war komfortabler als RIE, Kessel, Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle in den Gemüsegeschäften um 5 min zu Fuß. Ich würde gern lieben, wenn der Pool sauber gehalten würde, so gingen wir einfach zum Strand. Insgesamt großartig Aufenthalt, freundlich und freundliches Personal."

"Das ist kein Hostel.Wie Trip.com setzen diesen Ort als Hostel????? Er erschien um 4 Uhr als Eigentümer und kam etwas früh an und schickte ihn nicht. Er bat um Geld, das er erhob, und er schlief acht Menschen in einem Zimmer und sogar eine Frau. Als ich sagte, dass ich meinen Aufenthalt annullieren würde, schlief ich nicht mit dem Geld, das ich im Voraus erhalten hatte, weil es Steuer war. Ich habe die Unterkunftsgebühr noch nicht erhalten, so kann ich sie nicht zurückgeben. Ich bin alles leer, aber hast du eine große ADI gekauft????? Schließlich gab er seine Unterkunft und Steuer auf und kam heraus, um seine Eid zu hören. Es war das schlimmste und schlimmste in 30 Minuten. Das ist kein Hostel. Es ist ein Sager. Wie setzen Sie diesen Ort auf? Thip.com Wirklich eine Arbeit???? Das ist nicht das erste Mal. Letztes Mal sagte ich Ihnen, fünf Stunden vor der Tür zu warten. Ich gab die Unterkunftsgebühr auf, die ich im Voraus gezahlt und gekauft hatte, aber dieses Mal hatte ich keine Unterkunft, also wartete ich auf sie und kam, aber ich kaufte eine Sadie wie Sie. Ich will Trip.com anklagen."

"Absolut die schlimmere Erfahrung, die wir je hatten. Unser Flug wurde verzögert und wir waren in ständiger Kommunikation mit der Anlage, die ihnen informierte, dass wir einen Tag später ankommen würden als geplant. Sie sagten, es sei kein Problem, aber als wir ankamen, sagten sie, sie hätten uns als keine Show gemeldet und gaben daher auf unsere Suite, obwohl sie noch zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Sie bieten uns ein Schlafzimmer mit bunken Betten und Können für unsere Familie von 6. Wir wurden gesagt, wir dürfen keine Nahrungsmittel oder Getränke im Zimmer haben und alle 3 Kühlschranken funktionierten nicht. Es gab keine Top-Stoff, um zu kochen, die Klimaanlage musste ausbleiben, wenn wir nicht schliefen. Wir konnten nur in den Zimmern schlafen. Als wir verließen, mussten wir das Zimmer frei verlassen. Wir sollten ein eigenes Badezimmer und eine Dusche haben, aber 30 verschiedene Personen waren in und aus dem Badezimmer und Dusche. Ruhezeit sollte nach den Schlafzimmerregeln um 10 Uhr beginnen, aber es gab Leute in und aus den Zimmern die ganze Nacht. Sie sagten meinem Mann, er müsste rauchen, was er tat, aber dann versuchte er ihm $250 zu zahlen, weil er nicht rauchte im rauchenden Bereich, was er nicht erkannt, wenn bis 1 m. weil jemand ging zum Eigentümer, der erklärte, er tauchte falsch Sie sind Sklaven und nicht der beste Ort zu mieten in Aruba, wie sie gerne rebuttal. Ich weiß, sie werden antworten und erklären, wie schrecklich wir sind, aber in Wirklichkeit die Zimmer riechen schrecklich und waren sehr schmutzig."

"The amenities listed for Chez Lilly, Aruba are a total lie! We only stayed 2 nights of our 8 night stay. We were never put into the room I reserved and paid for. This place is out of date, filthy, and lacks any of the boasted about amenities. No on-site parking, no cooked to order breakfast, no top of the line toiletries, no plush bathrobes, no bath towels unless you rented them. The sheets are advertised as Egyption cotton. I had more cotton in my q-tipp than those sheets. In fact our 1st night didn't even have a bathroom in our room! No television , no refrigerator, which was needed to store medication. We couldn't even lock our door for safety or secure our belongings. It was a sliding glass door, without a way to lock it at all. Everything was filthy the walls, doors, lampshades, the floors. The wRdrobes for storing our clothing in were falling apart, the backs coming off of them and exposed nails sticking out. The other thing they boast about is a pillow menu. Our pillows were barely pillows, and there were not any menus to order better ones. No hairdryer, or an outlet to plug it into. God forbid you run your A/C she will hound you constantly about turning it off. One of the many times that she knocked on the door and just walked right in to the room she saw we had 2 electric strips strung together for a CPAP machine. She was so concerned about us using the electricity. The next day she did move us to a room with a bathroom and kitchenette. After my husband got frustrated with her after she tells us we have to stay in the no bathroom room one more night. We rented a 2 king bed suite. She told us that she gave it to another family because she wanted to help other families out that didn't have a place to go. Nevermind that we planned, paid for in advance. It was Carnival time and Valentine's weekend there were no other places available on the island. We honestly considered just sleeping in our car. I posted pictures on the ******* app to show what we were dealing with, but those some how do not show up. I will say that the pool and garden were pleasant. The flowers and other plants were very nice. That was all that was nice. The pool is the only amenity that was listed correctly. Be careful if you book a suite because the words are twisted to make you think you are getting a small private pool with the suite rental. By Sunday of our trip we were able to contact ******* and find an open place to save our trip. The owner has read our review and says that she is sure that it is a mixup because none of that happened. We must be talking about someplace else."
