Not only do they maintain pristine rooms, but they also pay attention to individual preferences as done by Mr Pankaj on 3.8.2024. It’s the little touches, his courtesy and like arranging personal items during evening service or leaving thoughtful notes—that make all the difference . He was superb !! Chef and Dining Service: the best part came in today night dinner time!! The culinary experience was a true highlight. The chef Abdul Rashid crafted an exquisite dish tailored to my’ instructions and tastes and Baltazar just made a welcome drink. Whether it’s a dietary instruction or a special request, Chef Rashid did it, personally came to the room and delivered with finesse. The dining service complemented the entire experience ensuring a meal for a single guest is just right and delightful. Chef Abdul Rashid mainly and then team member Baltazar and Dharmendra floored me. Absolutely wonderful experience and they won me as guest. I am sure they have a wonderful General Manager, Front Office Manager ; F&B manager as leadership is what makes this happen- business is all about execution- execution- execution!!!
