InterContinental Hotels Riyadh Bewertungen

I booked the Intercontinental Riyadh at the beginning of May for 2 nights (business trip). I got a room on the 5th floor where no water came out of the shower. I could not reach the front desk as the phone was not working, which was also the case with the TV. I had to report to the front desk in person. A person came to my room to see if the shortcomings I had indicated really existed. I was then given a room on the 2nd floor where the TV was also not working. But at least I could take a shower. The filthy carpet in the room had defects (see photos) that no 5 star hotel can afford. At check-out, I mentioned the defects again and was assured that my complaint would be discussed with the manager. I also did not receive an invoice as I asked for a discount and was assured that they would call me and then send me the invoice by e-mail. None of this happened. I made another complaint over the phone, but again I got no result. This was the first and certainly the last time I stayed at this hotel. mm Switzerland
