整體還行，但是不值這個價錢。深夜抵達，前台已經沒有人了，敲了半天門才有人來開門。第二天吃早餐，就是在大堂旁邊的星巴克吃的，要付錢，我就納悶了，不是含早餐了嗎？而且在攜程售價還不便宜，建議大家謹慎購買含早餐的，後來核對了半天訂單訊息才給了我們早餐券，食物呢根本不值那個價，一杯咖啡，基本是menu 上面那些10，15塊的東西，還有很大一部分不給點。

房間寬敞明亮，服務人員態度友好，前台大多數人都很友善，為大家提供方便，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺。周圍環境出行便利

酒店比較舊，不過工作人員還是友好的，周邊的環境及出行比較方便，去學校很近，基本上所有的用品都要收費的

臨近學生報到那兩天，房價漲的實在是離譜，其他還行吧

離UCR很近，走路10-15分鐘，周圍吃飯方便，環境優美。

Jason is the best customer service I've met. He worked the front desk and his pleasant, friendly demeanor was so appreciated after a long day! He responded to all of my questions and went above and beyond. Thank you Jason for being AMAZING! Give Jason a promotion!!

We came in to the hotel for an education conference, happy and ready to reenergize. Our hotel was pre paid however our concierge charged us the total when we approached her and we tried to explain to her the situation she was dismissive and cut off my colleague who was explaining it to her. The other male concierge was approach was very understanding. Even when I approached her to let her know her dismissiveness, she was upset and not understanding or patient at all. This was so disappointing to us and left us with a negative tone.

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel for a soccer showcase. We enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable. Hotel is clean and staff is so friendly! Each of them always greet you when you enter and when you depart. Jason, at the concierge desk, was very helpful and polite. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Great experience and stay with Courtyard by Marriott. The staff here are all awesome and welcoming. They go out of their way to provide the best stay while you are here. Appreciate everyone whom helped me especially Jason at the front desk. He helped us out with any issues that have come up and recommendations for the local eats and to dos. Thank you all! Cheers
