Good location for going anywhere in Rijeka. Everything was good and kind.

A conveniently located historical hotel. Rooms are very small but clean and quiet. Very helpful and polite staff. Breakfast was decent with good selection of cheese, but coffee from machine tasted as barley.

Very nice experience.

Excellent location, clean room with view overlooking front and water and old part of city (nice). Very good breakfast served and nice dining area. Walk to ferry, bus stop, and main tourist areas.

Müde von Radtour wollten wir das €22 Dinnerangebot mit 3 Gängen annehmen. Das Desaster: Instant Erbsensuppe, gebackener Fisch mit Pommes Frittes(!), als Dessert trockene Kuchenschnitten und Krönung — wir bestellten Wein, gewohnt von unserer Kroatienreise- wir erhielten 0,1 l Gläser 2x für die wir dann € 20 zahlten. Sodass das „günstige“ Angebot € 66 machte, wofür wir an Tag zuvor fürstlich in Opatija gegessen hatten. Jedes Zimmermädel hätte ein liebevolleres Essen serviert.

Everything was dirty, old, smelly and overpriced. I stayed here for one night on a business trip and I am never coming back here. I am shocked that this hotel is still working. Staff is very unprofessional. Breakfast is a bit sketchy. The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

This is a nice, historic hotel overlooking a canal with a two-block walk to the start of the pedestrian zone in downtown Rijeka. So great location. Our room on the top floor was a bit small, but it had a nice view. The windows provided good soundproofing from the busy street below. The included breakfast buffet was very good. The restaurant in the evening was good as well. The staff were great. One downside is the lack of hotel parking, but there is a large public lot about a block away (from the edge). The spaces are bit small but we managed with our larger car. The parking prices were reasonable and the pay machine has English and takes credit cards.

His is a review of tow hotels: the one in which you sleep; the other in which you eat, drink, and watch the world go by. The first hotel is pretty dreary--a Titoesque relic from the good old Cold War days--spartan ill-lit, a place to hurry from. The second hotel--the ground floor where Reception nis, the restaurants, the outdoor cafe, the river running alongside the hotel, , the tree-shaded park, the people watching, the downtown bustle, and the server staff is delightful. . The kitchen is excellent (pastas, and seafood especially). the wait staff friendly, although their English is very limited. The hotel itself is a gorgeous relic of a 1880s Austro-Hungarian gilded age. I was an inadvertent guest at the hotel for 16 days while mu wife lay nearly comatose hospital with a brain injury. She survived. So did I.

Hotel molto bello da fuori, comodo per raggiungere il centro anzi è il suo punto a favore .Dentro è abbastanza cupo e le camere essenziali , la mancanza del frigobar mi ha un pò seccato , penso ormai sia il minimo da avere per un hotel di questa fascia. Bagno piccolino e cieco ma completo degli accessori base . Wifi poco e male nelle camere. No balcone solo finestra . Colazione e cena , buone .

Ho prenotato e mi sono vista cancellare la prenotazione a 4 giorni dalla partenza perché la mia carta, a detta loro, non era idonea. Premetto che ho sempre prenotato le mie vacanze con quella carta, in più avevo concordato per il pagamento in struttura a fine vacanza, quindi la cancellazione è veramente un' azione ingiusta e controproducente per la credibilità del posto. Ho trovato un'altra sistemazione, per fortuna, ma una recensione assolutamente negativa la voglio fare! Sconsiglio vivamente! I booked and I saw the booking canceled 4 days before departure because my card, according to them, was not suitable. I start by saying that I have always booked my holidays with that card, plus I had agreed to pay the facility at the end of the holiday, so cancellation is truly an unfair and counterproductive action for the place's credibility. I found another accommodation, luckily, but I want to give an absolutely negative review! I strongly advise against!
