This stay was fantastic the team were so attentive during our stay, from reception, housekeeping and all of the bar and restaurant staff. The design of the hotel is great and the setting along the river is perfect. Have stayed in a few places in Richmond…..this was the best

I had no idea there was a singles night happening when I arrived, but Rex at reception truly made our evening exceptional. He quickly sorted out a table for us and was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. If you happen to visit while he’s on duty, consider yourself lucky!

Fantastic, characterful hotel with amazingly helpful and friendly staff - we wanted to have drinks in the bar, but it was full, so Rex happily brought drinks up to our room. The room was also extremely comfortable and quiet, despite overlooking the street.

We recently hosted a two-day business meeting at the Bingham Riverhouse in Richmond, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The team at Bingham Riverhouse was incredibly attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. They were proactive in making sure we had everything from equipment to refreshments, and their level of professionalism really stood out. We also took full advantage of the on-site dining options, and the food was absolutely delicious! The Riverhouse Restaurant served up a variety of options, all made with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. It’s clear that quality and sustainability are a priority here. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, with some offering beautiful views of the river, which made it a great place to unwind after a full day of meetings. The staff went above and beyond in making our stay smooth and enjoyable. Overall, Bingham Riverhouse is an ideal venue for business events. It combines elegance, functionality, and great service, all in a peaceful location that is still close to central London. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to host a productive yet relaxing business meeting.

We hosted our first Company Kick Off at Bingham Riverhouse in January 2025, and it was a huge success! Amy, Ricardo, Sohail, Tatyana, Nasser, Ivan, Hassan, Usama and Francesco were incredible- super helpful, patient and attentive, ensuring a fantastic event for all of our staff, who came from around the globe. Everyone commented on the impeccable service, great food and attention to detail. We would highly recommend the Bingham Riverhouse to anyone wanting a seamless event, and we are very appreciative of the hospitality.
