Baymont by Wyndham Omaha SW

The unit needs some TLC and more money spent on breakfast. The bathroom fan sounds like an F16 plane staging to go and both sinks take 10 minutes to drain after waiting for 10 minutes for hot water. That is why we didnt use the shower. Needs work. And yogurt and cereal for breakfast, really?

The bedspread was not clean. The amenities were lacking, no kleenex, only a partial roll of toilet paper and not really comfortable. The breakfast was mostly carbs, not a good thing. I have stayed in a lot nicer Wyndham hotels.

Very conveniently located by I80. Property seems to have been recently remodeled. Staff was very friendly.

Need a little TLC -- no water pressure in sink - the bed was great - was there 4 nights and they never made the bed - had to ask for more towels - bad service!!

Since we booked our stay through Hotel's Dot Com, We were given the worst room... For real. The gal at the front desk said so that they always book people who use a third party into rooms that they fill the furthest from the front desk or the nearest to the noise. Our room did not have a drain plug in the sink... and the hold bar by the bath room was tore lose from the wall. The road to the facility was under construction and it was closed so we had to find a different way into the hotel. We stayed here on our way out to Colorado and the location is perfect, but this location leaves much to be desired. There are other motels in the area which we will use on our next trip West.

I booked a non-smoking room, but it seems all building is a smokehouse, smells terrible. Bed was comfortable and close to Freeway. Breakfast was terrible, only toast and waffle.

The room smelled of smoke even though we had smoke free room. The smoke order was on the towels and bedding. The floor in the bathroom felt like there were spots that were in even.

Easy access, right off the highway. The room had a refrigerator and microwave

Basic cheap motel. Limited breakfast and not friendly service. You'll need to call ahead if have pets since have limited rooms and no clear way to reserve a room online.
