Das Hotel war gut gelegen circa 10 Minuten zum Sky Casino. In 5 Minuten war man sofort bei allen Ess und Trink Lokalitäten. Parkhaus war direkt gegenüber inklusive einem kleinen Supermarkt einer Cafeteria und weiteren kleinen ständen.

This hotel is beautiful and very comfortable overall. I was assigned a room with a balcony overlooking the quiet and peaceful hills. However, this hotel does not have a designated parking space as normal, so, guests are free to park in any other parking lot with a maximum fee of RM11 (weekdays; I'm not sure about weekends though). If you decide not to drop off your bags at the lobby first, you will need to be ready for a long trip carrying your luggages from carpark to the hotel (I parked at Resort Hotel carpark as it has a bridge connecting to SkyWorlds Hotel). In addition, I was given a room in Valley Wing, which is the wing across from the lobby building, so the layout of the hotel is a little complicated, particularly from the lobby to the room. From the lobby (Level 1), I must therefore ascend to Level 3 and then cross an "offset connections" to reach Valley Wing (Level 7). In any case, the personnel is incredibly welcoming and eager to assist visitors, especially when it comes to check-in. This hotel is worth the money because it's quite comfy. Without a doubt, I'll return.

The location is great as its walking distance from the hilltop malls. Amenities was provided for 6 pax even though we have only booked for 2 pax. The room has 3 beds that can accommodate up to 6 pax but will feel abit squeezy for 6 pax especially since there’s only 1 toilet and bathroom. Very value for money considering its location.

The room is clean and spacious. These round our room facing nice scenery. The staff are very polite and friendly. I highly recommend it. The attached photos are from our room view.

I would recommend this hotel over first world It would take about 2-3 mins walk to get to all the restaurants and casino BUT its way less crowded as compared to First world. I dont have to wait for several lifts before i can get onto one and more importantly the rooms are spacious and clean Can take a short walk and enjoy the cold breeze!

Recommended to stay at. Near to the Genting theme park. Near to the mall. Good view and place in cable car.

Stayed here few years back in the first building but this time was assigned with the second building. You will need to walk a lot if you are placed at the second wing or building. Amenities wise its quite basic with all the required items. You have nice room with 2D drawing decorated furniture and a fan obviously since you dont need air conditioner. Check in process is considered fast with the kiosk but you will need the receptionist assistance for first timer. They are quite responsive to your request as well such as requesting for iron and ironing board. However, their vending machine is not really working sometimes and it can be frustating to walk all the way down to the main building just because you need to buy a plain water. Last but not least booking through Genting Apps could be cheaper as they always has sales compared to Trip.com or other web. It depends on your membership or timing as well. Overall, its a good transit for one day.

I enjoyed a pleasant stay at this hotel, highlighted by the exceptionally welcoming and attentive staff who ensured a smooth and comfortable experience. The property’s proximity to the casino is a notable advantage, accessible via a leisurely 10 to 15-minute stroll. For added convenience, the hotel offers a complimentary hourly shuttle service. however, I recommend confirming the schedule in advance, as the operating hours were unclear as I enjoy my walk during my visit. Families will appreciate the hotel’s accommodating atmosphere, though light sleepers should be aware that some rooms may pick up noise from passing traffic near the windows. Despite this minor drawback, the overall experience was highly satisfactory, combining warm hospitality, thoughtful amenities, and a prime location.

We enjoyed our stay here. Room is huge for family stay & convenient for wheelchair bound like my mum. We have to trouble the staff daily to open the gate for us. Thanks to staff assisting us.

Quads and Sixers rooms are best choice for families and the rooms do come with adjoining doors and you can request for adjoining rooms upon check-in. Kids will enjoy climbing up the bunk bed in Sixers room.

Decently large room for 6 occupants. Nice small garden at back of the hotel with fantastic hill view.

Traveller type: family with young kids (2 under 2) and elderly (60s). Writing this in hopes of helping others make a decision while choosing their stay in Genting highlands. ✔️ Minimalist - only functional platform, mattress(es), toilet and hanging knobs. So less prone for accidents when you have toddlers ✔️ No door to toilet. I like this because less accidents too, but you need to ensure your toddler stays out. But you can't ensure the smells stay in. Plus ventilation is bad. ✔️There is a kids playground at the reception area! ✔️Fully self-help. You can check in and out with ease IF you are IT proficient. I checked in within 10 mins and checked out in 1 minute. ✔️Tiny minimart near reception - really like this! Very convenient. Otherwise, there's a larger supermarket right where you would walk entering the genting shopping area. ✔️They do clean! After 2nd night stay onwards. ✔️Value for money when comparing with the other hotels in genting highlands area ✔️ They provided bedroom slippers so no need to bring your own. I also loved their 2 in 1 shampoo / soap. ❓right by the road side. We were ok with this - my kids can sleep with noise. Mentioning because others might not be. We consider ourselves lucky coz the road came with the most wonderful view down the acres of forest and this is a plus for us. ❓ The windows can be opened but have been child-proof (only can open 1 inch wide). On warmer days, this felt horrible because the room becomes stuffy and that's what we experienced. I bet it's ok on colder days. 2 ceiling fans are provided. ❓ We considered ourselves really lucky because we begged the front desk to give us a room in the main block. I said yes to everything even if they said the room was bad. But we ended up having a nice room. Despite having the best located room in this hotel, the main shopping area is about 10 mins walk away (1 escalator, 1 winding road, then through a sheltered part of what used to be arena of stars). Those with wheelchairs or cannot make do without strollers should take note. We overcame this because I'm good at pushing strollers up and down escalators. ❓ Comparably cleaner. To be honest when we first opened the room, we were a little disappointed. It feels and looks like the hostel/backpacker grade of hotels,but the longer we stayed the more comfortable we felt. So to manage expectations, this is definitely not your typical/luxury type of hotel.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. It was close to many fun places like the mall, indoor theme park, and casino. I brought my baby girl to play at the indoor playground — she had so much fun! There were slides and colourful play areas just for kids.
