The best property we have stayed in Katra , the service and hospitality is Amazing, the food especially is excellent. Both in-room dining and breakfast buffet was exceptional. Special shout out to Mr. Jagdev and his entire team . The rooms are also well maintained and the garden is well manicured.

Went to this hotel with family and warmth we enjoyed …can’t express in word ambience , comfort and specially the staff not forget to name Darshan chef who went out of the way to make our food so delicious and lovely and all the start Mr dwarka , jagdev ji and everyone one make us feel like family Enjoyed our stay to the fullest

I enjoyed my stay at itc welcom.. it was grand, beautiful, peaceful.. “Gentle” as I wished for my & any other family. The effect of ma vaishno over the place can be felt! 😊🙏 Everyday there was an evening mata arti which made the atmosphere soothing & to some extent added to the “missing link”.. The first impression is like any other big hotel.. they just try to change the colours of the curtain, invest their minds in buying expensive upholstery and end up being the same like any other 😄 I wish if they can be more unique & intelligent which doesn’t require too much investment of the money. They already are at a level, they can surely up their level! Using their minds in trying to make the atmosphere more devotional (kirtan etc) & at the same time elegant & grand can surely be a unique thing. Also, when we attempt to be gentle we inevitably mix the cold English corporate cultural vibes in our behaviour.. which can be avoided.. the vibes can surely be more realistic, easy, grounded.. “Hindustaniyat” should not be curbed, it’s time.. that it should lead! 😊

It was a short visit to WH but enjoyed stay, food and hospitality here a lot. We liked the location which is perfect for guests visiting holi shrine of Maa Vaishno Devi temple. For sure it's worth to visit this place in future as well whenever we come again

This hotel is a must, friendly staff, owner is very knowledgeable about the area. The food and entertainment tops it all. Special mention to Jagdev who made our stay beyond enjoyable. Right from the moment you get into the parking, all staff make you feel part of the family.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and Dinner each morning & Night and loved the hospitality of staff at restaurant. Special thanks to Mr. Jagdev for his good services.
