This beautiful boutique hotel is a hidden gem for sure when you walk into the courtyard you immediately feel like you’re in a special place. There are only 11 rooms so it’s very unique. The building is older than the Cathedral just nearby. According to the owner, Josephine’s, the building was a total wreck. She transformed it into this beautiful hotel that she is very proud of. The rooms are decorated in a very modern style from the furniture to the neon art on the walls. The ceiling in our room was painted by Josephina in a splatter type style but with care. It was lovely. The breakfast was amazing. You choose 3 things from the menu and all were absolutely delicious. Josephina recommend 2 fantastic restaurants within walking distance. She is very fun and pleasant to talk with. Highly recommended this wonderful stay in such a beautiful place. Ragusa is amazing.

Very good value for money. The hotell has the best location in Ragusa right in the center square. Room were large with nice design and having good shower products. Breakfast was al la carte and of high quality and very nicely presented. For the nightly rate it is a find.

This is a magical place. There is so much attention to detail but it isn’t fussy. The building is beautiful, the rooms are immaculate and well thought out. This place is so special in part because of the modern art sprinkled throughout the hotel. The included breakfast was considered, delicious, made in house and full of love; truly like a fine dining breakfast service full of heart. The staff are open and friendly with lots of good recommendations for within Ragusa and around Sicily. The owner is the rare breed of passion and heart and shrewd vision. If you want a place to stay that is both comfortable, elevating and inspiring this is the place for you. Also, our room, Donna Teresa, opens right onto the piazza with a view of the duomo and sits adjacent to the hotel’s private living room, an airy sophisticated place to read, play cards or finish the night.

Just fabulous. Loved the location, right at the heart of the city. You could drive to the door but we parked in a local parking place and walked.. just altogether a different experience. Breakfast great 3 choices. Staff helpful and friendly. Lovely to meet the owner.. I so hope it all works well for her.

Quintessential boutique hotel experience. Unbeatable location right off Piazza Duomo. The design is a whimsical interplay of classic architectural and design elements ,modern minimalism, and “pop” art which is done perfectly. Beautiful public spaces. Absolutely spotless. Deliciously restrained breakfast. Very personable staff eager to help you explore Ragusa and the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE treasures of the region. This hotel is the perfect base for your explorations. Slightly difficult to reach by car. Public parking is near by.

We had booked a suite at this hotel in Ragusa. We booked what we thought to be one of the best suits in the establishment. When we check in, first surprise is that we are asked to settle the room at check in before being shown into the room. Second surprise was that we are taken outside the hotel to a door around the corner on the main street, next to a bar with entry among tables and chairs of the bar. Shockingly this door was the acces to a single room on ground floor with door and windows exposed to customers of the terrace of the bar After sourly complaining we faced a total lack of response with defensive statements that the room description said 'ground floor'. And that the title of the room was 'annex suite' We paid 270 EU for one night on a street room with door from a bar terrace. We attempted to find another hotel late in the evening with no succcess There was not a single attempt to sympathise let along take responsibility to a blatant misleading info at booking. It utterly spoiled our stay in wonderful Ragusa. We are pursuing a formal complain with Booking Avoid at all cists

This is everything a boutique hotel *should* be. Relaxed, intimate, immaculately well run - in short, exceptional service in a beautiful setting. One simple example: our room was cleaned and tidied while we had breakfast. My booking and arrival details were handled perfectly, and parking advice for Ragusa was spot on. Breakfast and cocktails were wonderful. I genuinely want to go back to Sicily just so I can stay here again.
