Quality Hotel Sarpsborg

1 - Our bathroom was not clean, I took a photo and can send it if needed. Terrible experience. 2 - The steak in the restaunt looked like was made in the microwave. Definetely the worst meat I've paid for!!! 3 - The sound insulation of the room was also terrible. We heard the people in the hallway as if they were inside our room, as well as the cars on the street. Very poor insulation of the door and windows. 4 - The doorposts and door show clear signs of damage and old wood. Very unpleasant.

A trip to the 90 s. Out of date. Rooms are old and wor n out compared to 2023. Bathroom are wor n out. Breakfest was ok but nothing to write home abaout. You do not get the value of the money they charge you in this hotell. Find another hotell in the area. It s not worth the money.

we had a very good time, pleasant staff, clean and tidy, good breakfast, the only thing was the mattresses were not good and they made a lot of noise which was not very good to lie on and get a good night's sleep. pleasant and helpful staff

Huge familyroom, but very warm in the nighttime. Because of this it was difficult to get a good sleep. Because of kids having fun running around and banging in walls it was a early wakeup in the morning.

Quality’ Hotel brings shame to it’s name. The hotel room was old, dilapidated and disgusting. Everything was scratched, broken and stained. The staff was unhelpful, just told me they get a lot of complaints about the rooms and lied about compensation/reimbursement. Built right next to the highway. The rooms are also poorly isolated, you can hear the cars one the neighbouring highway.

My family and I were driving to Denmark and overnighted at the Quality Hotel in Sarpsborg. We were greeted by the very friendly staff and really happy with the size and comfort of our hotel room. They are pet friendly and had no problem accommodating our dog. The breakfast is also a real treat! This is a really nice hotel that I would highly recommend.

A family trip to celebrate a birthday and the kids enjoyed the waterpark and Superland so that was a big plus. The dinner was fantastic and the buffet is fabulous. The breakfast here is amazing and the wait staff are absolutely helpful and friendly. Top marks to the kitchen staff for putting out such a wonderful spread every morning and every night. We had a family room and the only minor complaint was that this room is located by the elevator, so there is a lot more noise, but when you have kids who are up during the night, it really didn't matter!

We gave the kids a Christmas gift, to go to this hotel, the combination of a waterpark, playpark and Lollo and Bernie should be a nobrainer. The good stuff, the superland and the waterpark is given at a reasonable price for a 24 hour pass (150 nok/person). The waterpark and playpark is more than sufficient for that price not super but OK! The familyroom is a bit cramped, and with two adults and 2 kids (6/11) we would have chosen a connected room solution if possible, the bunkbed steals a bit of floorspace, and the noice from the highway can be bothersome, if you sleep with the window open. First night we booked table at the restaurant, and that was a large disappointment, the kids was offered a buffet for 150/NOK,and their conclusion was that the meal was nothing more than average. Our kids enjoy good food, and the buffet was not very tasty, noor especially hot, so they refused to eat there the next day. For the adults, there was a menu, with a small variety of courses, we ordered the 295 NOK burger and was disappointed, there is no way someone has tasted that meal, because it tasted nothing, and it took 30 minutes to get the burger, then the kids were finished, and ready to get out of the place, and back to the room for some snack. All in all, the restaurant is the biggest downside of our visit, the breakfast was average, for Norway to be, but we all got a good start of the day. The front desk staff, wet up and above, with spoiling the kids, giving them ice-cream and popcorn, so they was saved this review!
