The huge patio and garden are wonderful with lots of space - nice change from riads and medinas. Rooms are very small for a 5* in modern part of Morocco. Closest 5* to the medina/downtown. Breakfast was too expensive at twеnty fivе еuro each and wasn’t really 5*.

Sehr gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage und ausgezeichnetem arabischen Restaurant. Der Service in einem 5*-Hotel ist manchmal etwas anstrengend ;-)

Whenever you're greeted by a man in a white suit wearing a cape, yellow slippers, and a fez, definitely take notice! It belies the exceptional service you'll receive in every way at La Tour Hassan Palace. The lobby is lush and smells amazing and the people working there are excellent ambassadors of the country we fell in love with. The room was beautiful and the restaurant (through doors that didn't look real) served delicious fare. Be warned: the servers will tell you the dishes are small and they most certainly are not! The traditional soup can serve 4+ and the salad is a whole lot bigger than you think. Loved the people in this place as our first introduction to an amazing country.

La Tour Hassan Palace is absolutely incredible--though the real gem here is the staff. We were in Rabat during our honeymoon (our first time in Morocco!) and everyone was so incredibly kind and helpful. We especially have to give major thanks to Loubna, at the concierge, who made our stay unimaginably special. We hope to return soon and hopefully will be back at La Tour Hassan Palace!

Traditional Moroccan palace full of refinement and prestige, good food, very high quality service, tasty and rich breakfast, attentive and warm staff, big thanks to the great conductor of the restaurant named "assin" for his smile and his generosity, peace ✌️

From the welcome at the street where they kindly helped with paying our airport taxi to all the help and advice during our stay. The hotel is an oasis away from the bustle of the street traffic. Great local recommendations on food and attractions. The meals at the hotel whilst not the cheapest were very generous portions. Would return when next in Rabat. A special thank you to the friendly and professional staff who helped when my wife's glasses broke, they had them fixed before we had to leave that afternoon. Many thanks.

I organized a buffet lunch for 75 people at the Tour Hassan Palace and it was absolutely wonderful. The quality, variety and presentation of the buffet was great. The dining room itself it very elegant and full of flower arrangement and light. The staff were friendly, efficient, attentive and very friendly. I cannot recommend it highly enough!

Adil the chief concierge went to extraordinary lengths to help us: arranging several side trips to Casablanca and locating and delivering a crucial piece of medical equipment for my wife. He was courteous and edgy. He made our stay a pleasure. I cannot say more

Spacious room,stylish. Personnel is nice and devoted, overall the service is good. A few things to improve (like missing toilette paper in the bathroom - which the staff fixed quickly). Location is perfect for business downtown. Breakfast buffet proposes a nice selection of local and international food.

Excellent, well-kept hotel in great location. Walking distance to restaurants and major tourist sites.
