Das Hotel ist neu errichtet. Es befindet sich am Nguyen Lac, die kleine Straße direkt hinter der Xuan Dieu Straße. Das Personal ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und informativ. Herr Tien Toan ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und geräumig, komfortabel, in der Nähe der Straße von PHO AN UONG. Sie können bis Mitternacht Abends essen finden. Gute Lage und der Strand in diesem Block ist ziemlich sauber. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel an alle.

Great service and friendly staffs. Luggage’s taken right away upon arrival. Luggages were delivered to room. Check in was a breeze. Room had a stunning view of the beach. Breakfast had plenty of choices from fruits, veggies, western, and of course Vietnamese. Memorable staff members that made an impact of our stay was Charlie. She’s personable. Just a very delightful person to converse with. Another staff member was Anh Dau from the bar. She is a bit shy or maybe there’s a language barrier. Nevertheless, she always greets you with a smile and ask what I’d like to drink even though I just want to chill. Overall, this hotel, the city, Quy Nhon, is a hidden gem that not a lot of tourists have knowledge about in their travels. Very slow pace compared to Hanoi and/or Saigon. More relaxed. We only knew about Quy Nhon because our friend, Phuoc Duhi (a TikTok digital creator), whom we met years ago in Saigon, introduced us to his town. Should you decide to have a slow pace holiday in Vietnam, Quy Nhon should be one of the destinations. Don’t forget to stay here at the FLC. They’ll treat you right.

Das Hotel ist relativ neu, so dass Sie das Beste von allem auch neu zu bekommen. Nichts zu klagen über was auch immer. Wird nur der erste von vielen Aufenthalten in der Zukunft hier sein.

Nach einer langen 6hr-Straßenreise zum Hotel wollte ich mich nur ausruhen. Ich habe speziell ein ruhiges Zimmer gefragt. Als sie mich auf allen Seiten in mein Zimmer geführt hatten, waren es Familien, Kinder und schreiende Babys, und einige waren sogar in meinem Hotelzimmer, weil die Tür offen war, warum nicht? Ich bat um eine Zimmerwechsel und nahm es. Die Hotelpersonal war sehr nett und versuchte, meine Anfrage zu befriedigen, aber es gab viele lokale Familien im Resort und jedes Zimmer sehr viel lauten Kinder in ihnen. Alle Sonnenbäder sind in einem Zelt wie etwas bedeckt, so wenn Sie auf Tannung planen, beachten Sie das. This is my second time visit this hotel. This time I booked 02 rooms for my dad and his friends, because I booked 2 different room type so there are 02 separate bookings. There was a mistake that I forgot to change name for 2nd booking to under my Dad’s name. I emailed to hotel through OTA app and also called to hotel to ask for help. And I got a confirmation from staff that will help us to change booking name to avoid misunderstanding upon check in on arrival date (She didn’t mention about extra fee). Today, when my dad came to check in and front desk asked him for 500.000vnd and said to us that they do not receive any information from me (I have a evidence with me that hotel received my request). It’s not much but I’m not willing to pay at that time and asking for her to help my dad check in first then I will work on with reservation team. She was keeping say NO. She only does check in if we pay money for her, if not my dad has to waiting. It is very unprofessional and it’s not 5-star standard service that a 5- star hotel should have. This will be the last time we stay at FLC Resort Quy Nhon Tôi có đặt 2 phòng 2 bookings cho ba tôi tại FLC Luxury Hotel Quy Nhơn. Tôi có nhờ các bạn hỗ trợ làm thủ tục trước và sẽ trao đổi lại với bộ phận đặt phòng sau. Tuy nhiên, với sự kém nhanh nhẹn và cứng nhắc của bạn lễ tân. Nhất quyết phải thu tiền phí đổi tên mới hỗ trợ check in. Tôi biết quy định là quy định, các bạn phải làm theo nhưng việc không linh động với khách hàng là quá kém. Tôi không nghĩ 1 khách sạn 5 sao mà có thể gây sự khó chịu cho khách hàng đến vậy. Tôi viết email này mong muốn bộ phận đặt phòng và khách sạn kiểm tra lại thông tin đặt phòng. Tôi cũng không nhớ rõ bạn đã nói chuyện điện thoaii và xác nhận với tôi là ai. Tôi nghĩ 500.000vnd nó không phải số tiền lớn mà tôi k thể chi trả, nhưng tôi mong khách sạn hãy xem lại cách làm việc linh động hơn và đưa thông tin đầy đủ tới khách hàng để mang lại trải nghiệm tốt cho khách hàng.

Das Resort sorgt sich sehr für es wenig nach wenig, ich mag den Make-up-Service jeden Abend mit Kuchen wie ein guter Nacht Schlaf, nur Beschwerden ist, dass der Preis des Zimmers ein bisschen hoch ist, es kombiniert 2 Einzelbetten zu Doppelbetten und das Zimmer hat keine Badtub.

Es gibt nur wenige Touristenattraktionen, aber das Meer vor dem Hotel ist hübsch Das Menü, das im Restaurant serviert wird, ist im Allgemeinen auch gut. Wenn die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft allerdings südostasiatisch ist und es sich um einen Bungalow-Typ vor dem Strand handelt, empfiehlt es sich, es etwas herunterzuschrauben. Ich mag es, mich ruhig auszuruhen.

The room was beautiful and spacious and I loved the up lighting of the ceiling. Staff were helpful. The pool is huge and the view was wonderful. We only stayed for one night - really only 12 hours, but we can walk alot in resort - and ordered room service for dinner which was delicious. They also have a small tea shop. They also have a small tea shop. Amazing place to get some tasty ice tea and relax.
