My daughter’s favorite hotel. I stayed here for 2 nights with my wife and daughter over the weekend in celebration of my birthday. It was a good decision to choose this hotel. This was not the first time we stayed but, in fact, it is my daughter’s favorite hotel. It is conveniently located beside two malls with lots of dining spots to choose from if in case you opt no to dine in Misto (the hotel’s restaurant). We, however, availed of their breakfast buffets which is always good and we also had their buffet dinner which includes lots of dishes to try. What I really like about this hotel is the homey-feel that it provides to its guests. The prices for the stay and it services are reasonable. By and large, this is one of our go-to hotel when we do our staycation within the Metro.

Sehr gut, Frühstück ist super! Das Zimmer ist etwas klein, aber sehr warm! Es ist gut, einen solchen Standort an diesem Ort zu haben! Ganz in der Nähe des Casinos. ,sehr sicher. Es gibt einen Flughafenbus, der Taxis zum Flughafen hilft, 235 Pesos. Daneben ist eine Kirche, die Sie besuchen können!

Das Zimmer ist geräumig, die Sauberkeit ist gut und auch das Bodenpersonal ist sehr nett. Die WLAN-Verbindung im Badezimmer ist schlecht und es kann keine Verbindung zum Internet hergestellt werden. Die Glasfenster sind sehr schmutzig, was ziemlich ernst ist. Da ich am ersten Tag ankam und die Grab-App nicht nutzte, bat ich das Personal, mir beim Anruf zu helfen. Das Personal bat nur um ein Taxi und wurde um 2.000 Peseten für 11 Kilometer betrogen. Danach habe ich nur P650 für den Anruf berechnet. Ich bin wirklich frustriert!

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt im Crowne Plaza Hotel, das im Herzen der Metro liegt, wo Sie Einkaufszentren, Restaurants und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten erreichen. Das Personal war zuvorkommend und das gesamte Ambiente des Hotels ist komfortabel und stilvoll. Das Frühstücksbuffet „Seven Corners“ wird Ihnen das Erlebnis eines Tages bescheren! Insgesamt war es eine tolle Erfahrung und ich werde diesen Ort weiterempfehlen.

Throughout my 4 nights stay, I was able to kill 3 different cockroach species, hence the 2 out of 5 for cleanliness rate. The location is excellent as there were nearby restaurants and convenience stores. The staff were courteous. However, my request for room cleaning was not addressed. I didn't expect many amenities from a budget hotel, so I'm happy with the basic amenities.

Der Platz ist ok. Lobbybereich hat wunderbare Innenräume. Service ist gut. Sie sind schnell in Aktion, da mein Zimmer Probleme mit dem Heizungsgerät hat. Sofortige Zimmerumsetzung wurde durchgeführt. Aber die wesentlichen Elemente im Zimmer ziemlich lange füllen. Rein Zimmer, das mit Bad kommt. Die Lage ist nicht so nahe den Malls. Unter dem Gebäude hat 711 und das Hotel-Café. Frühstück ist kein Buffet, es ist eine Auswahl von Frühstücksfüttern in ihrem Menü.

Amazingly beautiful hotel in a familiar and less congested part of qc. From the moment we entered, the smell, ambiance, decor and the staff had such a big impact that made our stay the best. We almost didnt want to leave the hotel! We loved the aesthetic of the rooms and the attention to detail in all of the little tiny design decision that the hotel made for the lobby and the rooms. Being an eco-friendly hotel made the stay even more worthwhile. Lastly was the staff, incredible customer service, from the way they greeted us, helped us with our stuff, our amenities, from opening doors and elevators, and the warm voices and smiles. We truly had a luxurious experience with this and will highly recommend will come back again for another stay. Few things to note, although the room itself was spotless, there was nothing to note that was filthy, heck the sheets and the room smelled really nice when we first entered, the shower area looked a bit dirty, should definitely need a wall and floor scrub every now and then due to the build up of moisture. Other than that, the whole hotel was beyond my expectations and was truly remarkable. Again thanks a lot for the service sir dj! And to all of the other staff that were there during that time. On the pricier side for the accommodations provided. The room was very small and dirty, and the AC ran on a timer, making it inconvenient. Although most people speak English in Manila, none did at the front desk. The rooftop almost made up for the mediocre room, as we had a great dinner and show there. The staff were generally very nice and did their best to accommodate us with what they could provide and/or understand. I recommend searching other hotels in the area and just going there for dinner (rooftop)
