My first time to be on a holiday staycation. And i chose solaire north because its near my house and new. Expecting it to be high end just like their branch in parañaque which we experienced staying overnight twice on separate ocassions. But this time my expectations failed me. Though i had sumptuous dinner and breakfast. My stay is terribly bad. Other than the room is so small for a 32,000 charge, it is not sound proof. We can hear sounds from the other room (like cry of a baby). The staff are not well trained. I asked front desk if the ref in the room has sensor just like in okada she answered yes. So i did not open it because we brought in soda in small cooler but after the midnight countdown i opened it i found out its empty (no minibar set up). Cashier at fresh restaurant is slow. I waited almost an hour just to get my creditcard back plus the o.r. I reported the matter to d front desk early hour in the morning. When i checked out as a peace offering they told me i can stay up to 4 pm free of charge. And i answered back you should have told me earlier so i can arrange the time i am going to be fetched. Its really a bad day to start 2025

My daughter’s favorite hotel.
I stayed here for 2 nights with my wife and daughter over the weekend in celebration of my birthday. It was a good decision to choose this hotel. This was not the first time we stayed but, in fact, it is my daughter’s favorite hotel. It is conveniently located beside two malls with lots of dining spots to choose from if in case you opt no to dine in Misto (the hotel’s restaurant). We, however, availed of their breakfast buffets which is always good and we also had their buffet dinner which includes lots of dishes to try.
What I really like about this hotel is the homey-feel that it provides to its guests. The prices for the stay and it services are reasonable. By and large, this is one of our go-to hotel when we do our staycation within the Metro.

Ich liebe, wie groß das Familienzimmer war. Die Klimaanlage ist wirklich cool und es gibt sogar eine Badewanne! Außerdem ist es nur wenige Gehminuten vom Araneta Coliseum entfernt. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt mit meiner Familie. Das Frühstück ist auch gut. Ich freue mich schon auf das nächste Konzert, dann kann ich wieder hier buchen

I had an exceptional stay at Ibis Styles! From the moment I walked in, the vibrant and modern decor set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure my needs were met.
The room was spotless, spacious, and designed with comfort. I especially appreciated the cozy bed and the little details that made the stay feel special. Breakfast was a highlight—plenty of delicious options to start the day right.
The hotel’s location was also a major plus, with easy access to mall and transport. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Ibis Styles for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service.

Das Zimmer ist geräumig, die Sauberkeit ist gut und auch das Bodenpersonal ist sehr nett.
Die WLAN-Verbindung im Badezimmer ist schlecht und es kann keine Verbindung zum Internet hergestellt werden.
Die Glasfenster sind sehr schmutzig, was ziemlich ernst ist.
Da ich am ersten Tag ankam und die Grab-App nicht nutzte, bat ich das Personal, mir beim Anruf zu helfen. Das Personal bat nur um ein Taxi und wurde um 2.000 Peseten für 11 Kilometer betrogen. Danach habe ich nur P650 für den Anruf berechnet. Ich bin wirklich frustriert!

My husband and I checked in from Dec 14-16 and we enjoyed how the location of the hotel was in the heart of the city itself, was walking distance to all the amenities and restaurants within the area.
The cleanliness and location of the hotel was perfect, the services as well were great, all of the staff that we spoke to were friendly and accommodating. A comment only on the lifts - sometimes only 1 or 2 working ones out of the 3 were operating and there were moments were the lift would skip our floor and we had to wait approx. 10 minutes to be able to catch one.
We found it odd how a lunch/dinner reception was happening right in front of the check in counter blocking the entrance, and we had to enter/exit through the sides, but i guess the other ballrooms were full. The breakfast was good, we loved the yummy food that was served in the mornings.
All in all we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again thanks to the location, cleanliness and hospitality of the staff, thanks for making our stay seamless!

EEndless JourneyThe hotel is clean and still new, just fine and the basics are there. It's budget friendly so don't expect too much. Cignal TV channels, Fast internet and hot shower, liquid soap are there. no bottled water but there is water dispenser at the corridor per floor. no dental kit and slippers provided. there's 7 11 below near the hotel so you can just buy there. Overall, great experience.

BbryyyyAmazingly beautiful hotel in a familiar and less congested part of qc. From the moment we entered, the smell, ambiance, decor and the staff had such a big impact that made our stay the best. We almost didnt want to leave the hotel! We loved the aesthetic of the rooms and the attention to detail in all of the little tiny design decision that the hotel made for the lobby and the rooms. Being an eco-friendly hotel made the stay even more worthwhile. Lastly was the staff, incredible customer service, from the way they greeted us, helped us with our stuff, our amenities, from opening doors and elevators, and the warm voices and smiles. We truly had a luxurious experience with this and will highly recommend will come back again for another stay.
Few things to note, although the room itself was spotless, there was nothing to note that was filthy, heck the sheets and the room smelled really nice when we first entered, the shower area looked a bit dirty, should definitely need a wall and floor scrub every now and then due to the build up of moisture. Other than that, the whole hotel was beyond my expectations and was truly remarkable.
Again thanks a lot for the service sir dj! And to all of the other staff that were there during that time. Thanks for the small talks during our time there, these small things really made our stay the best!

AAnonymer BenutzerHotel was okay. Carpet old. Some tiles are not well maintained at hallway. Hotel needs good maintenance. Housekeeping takes a whole day before you can see your room cleaned- that time the housekeeping staff also had an attitude. The entire duration of the stay, wouldnt even greet my family because we did a followup on the room cleaning request. Other staff- hotel lobby, guards and bellboy were very helpful and the best plus is youre already at the mall.

MMarion GeraldValue for money (room and breakfast). The building is quite old, but I noticed that there are ongoing works. The room is clean, aircon’s working perfectly fine. Location is very accessible to the hospital. We stayed here while my Mum is in the Critical Care Unit.
Staff are superb. Very accommodating and kind. The rooftop restaurant is relaxing and well-ventilated. But needs updating. Parking is free.

HHeeyyyaDer Aufenthalt war insgesamt gut. Meiner Freundin gefiel die Zimmereinrichtung und die Toilette, obwohl sie für mich gründlich gereinigt werden müsste. Sie sagte, es sei besser, als eine Wohnung für eine Woche zu nehmen, da wir uns nicht jeden Tag um das Frühstück kümmern müssten. Das Frühstück war gut, es gab eine gute Auswahl an Brot, aber wir haben es einfach aus einem nahegelegenen Laden bekommen. Und auch nachts sind viele Geschäfte über Grabfood gut zu erreichen.

EEjgrl90The staff was super friendly, but there were a lot of amenties described here that were not available, such as the pool and gym. Our AC in the room wouldnt turn on initially as well, and I had to ask someone to come in to get it to start (apparently there wasnt enough batteries in the AC remote!)
Also, the front of the hotel was undergoing construction, so they couldn't provide us with a place to park, which was inconvenient. On top of this, I have asked for late checkout the night before, which the front desk person said it would be possible since the hotel was a bit empty, but the next morning, the person on the front desk insisted we needed to pay PHP 450/hour for late checkout. Overall though, I liked the room and the night shift front desk and would definitely want to visit again once construction is done.
