Das Zimmer war so sauber und sehr geräumig, der Zimmerservice war annähernd, aber auf Anfrage ziemlich langsam. Unser Aufenthalt kam mit einem kostenlosen Frühstück, das Restaurant war ein internationales Buffet, die gepflegten Lebensmittel waren alles großartig und frisch gekocht. Es war eine sehr schöne Erfahrung.

Very accommodating!! Good job for the staffs, very approachable!! The room is clean and nice, I requested for a room with city view and they gave me exactly what I wanted. 10/10 highly recommended!!

Der einzige Nebenteil ist der Pool nicht Kind freundlich Insgesamt war es ein toller Aufenthalt, Essen war toll, Zimmer sind sauber. Dieses ia unsere 2. Zeit zu bleiben, aber wir werden sicher nur zurück gehen, wenn es Promo gibt.

Das Zimmer ist geräumig, die Sauberkeit ist gut und auch das Bodenpersonal ist sehr nett. Die WLAN-Verbindung im Badezimmer ist schlecht und es kann keine Verbindung zum Internet hergestellt werden. Die Glasfenster sind sehr schmutzig, was ziemlich ernst ist. Da ich am ersten Tag ankam und die Grab-App nicht nutzte, bat ich das Personal, mir beim Anruf zu helfen. Das Personal bat nur um ein Taxi und wurde um 2.000 Peseten für 11 Kilometer betrogen. Danach habe ich nur P650 für den Anruf berechnet. Ich bin wirklich frustriert!

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt im Crowne Plaza Hotel, das im Herzen der Metro liegt, wo Sie Einkaufszentren, Restaurants und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten erreichen. Das Personal war zuvorkommend und das gesamte Ambiente des Hotels ist komfortabel und stilvoll. Das Frühstücksbuffet „Seven Corners“ wird Ihnen das Erlebnis eines Tages bescheren! Insgesamt war es eine tolle Erfahrung und ich werde diesen Ort weiterempfehlen.

Die Zimmer waren alt, aber groß genug und angemessen genug zum Preis. Der Aufenthalt war komfortabel und sicher albie Mangel an Toiletten wie Shampoos, Seifen und Zahnkits ist ein wenig ungünstig, da Sie eine gewisse Entfernung zum nächsten 711 zu laufen müssen, um es zu kaufen. Der Kühlschrank ist entschlüsselt, so dass die Gäste TP selbst tun würde, was riskant ist, da Sie den Kühlschrank von seinem Platz zu bewegen. Einige Lichter funktionieren nicht und Wasser überschwemmt aus der Dusche in das Schlafzimmer.

My husband and I checked in from Dec 14-16 and we enjoyed how the location of the hotel was in the heart of the city itself, was walking distance to all the amenities and restaurants within the area. The cleanliness and location of the hotel was perfect, the services as well were great, all of the staff that we spoke to were friendly and accommodating. A comment only on the lifts - sometimes only 1 or 2 working ones out of the 3 were operating and there were moments were the lift would skip our floor and we had to wait approx. 10 minutes to be able to catch one. We found it odd how a lunch/dinner reception was happening right in front of the check in counter blocking the entrance, and we had to enter/exit through the sides, but i guess the other ballrooms were full. The breakfast was good, we loved the yummy food that was served in the mornings. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again thanks to the location, cleanliness and hospitality of the staff, thanks for making our stay seamless!

Der Platz ist ok. Lobbybereich hat wunderbare Innenräume. Service ist gut. Sie sind schnell in Aktion, da mein Zimmer Probleme mit dem Heizungsgerät hat. Sofortige Zimmerumsetzung wurde durchgeführt. Aber die wesentlichen Elemente im Zimmer ziemlich lange füllen. Rein Zimmer, das mit Bad kommt. Die Lage ist nicht so nahe den Malls. Unter dem Gebäude hat 711 und das Hotel-Café. Frühstück ist kein Buffet, es ist eine Auswahl von Frühstücksfüttern in ihrem Menü.

Amazingly beautiful hotel in a familiar and less congested part of qc. From the moment we entered, the smell, ambiance, decor and the staff had such a big impact that made our stay the best. We almost didnt want to leave the hotel! We loved the aesthetic of the rooms and the attention to detail in all of the little tiny design decision that the hotel made for the lobby and the rooms. Being an eco-friendly hotel made the stay even more worthwhile. Lastly was the staff, incredible customer service, from the way they greeted us, helped us with our stuff, our amenities, from opening doors and elevators, and the warm voices and smiles. We truly had a luxurious experience with this and will highly recommend will come back again for another stay. Few things to note, although the room itself was spotless, there was nothing to note that was filthy, heck the sheets and the room smelled really nice when we first entered, the shower area looked a bit dirty, should definitely need a wall and floor scrub every now and then due to the build up of moisture. Other than that, the whole hotel was beyond my expectations and was truly remarkable. Again thanks a lot for the service sir dj! And to all of the other staff that were there during that time.
