Here are the comments for our 1 night stay at Luxent. Front Office: Krys and Jason was very friendly but at the same time very professional. They even upgraded my room to the Prima Club Room that has access to the lounge as well. Aljon was also very efficient and helpful he even went to the parking area to assist my husband with our baggage. That same evening Aljon assisted me with the cake delivered to me and have it kept at the Kitchen. Prima Lounge: Dana greeted me with e smile through her eyes (all staff are wearing facemasks) when I went to the the Prima lounge to explore. She mentioned to me the perks of the lounge such as drinks and appetizers available that day. Later that evening my husband and I went back to the lounge to experience what Dana mentioned earlier, I was very excited because I was actually celebrating my birthday yesterday and what a better way to celebrate it with free food and drinks. haha There were alcoholic drinks like red and white wine, scotch, and beers too. if you dont drink you can have sodas or juices. As for the food they have appetizers like canapes, meatballs, fruits and nuts and as well a few choices of cheeses too. Edren was very attentive and very friendly, I forgot the name of the chef but that gave me a mini birthday cake and greeted me too. I would say it was a happy birthday indeed and I thankful I spent it at Luxent. Vertigo Pool/ Bar: Jason and Dixie attended to all our needs during our dinner time at the pool, very accurate in taking our orders and assisted with our every need. Breakfast: I was not able to get the names of the staff who assisted us but everyone is very attentive and helpful, food selection is very decent I loved everything except for the chicken sausage, it tasted weird, and the texture is weird too. Check out was smooth and quick. Dana once again offered us drinks before we go, which I appreciate. The hotel itself is very nice, the room interior is very cozy, it felt vey luxurious as well We loved the bed and the pillows are super soft. Pool is huge and water is nice, 17th floor is clean and very spacious. I loved the cabanas it felt as if i was out of town and not in the middle of Timog/ Morato Area. All in all the Luxent experience was indeed very memorable and enjoyable. You guys made my birthday extra special. Kudos to the employees who work hard and make sure to take the extra mile just to assist the guests and provide the best service.

Es war in der Tat ein tolles Hotel zu bleiben und abkühlen mit Familie und Freunden. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Wir genossen den Pool mit der windigen Atmosphäre. Wir werden wieder und wieder sein. Die Mitarbeiter sind wirklich freundlich und freundlich von der Check-in bis zum Check-out.

Einer der wenigen Hotels, die Haustiere bei QC erlaubt. Großes Personal!! Durchschnittliches Essen.. Kostenloses Menü... aber die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber... Das einzige, was ich nicht mag, war, dass sie uns buchstäblich aus der Lobby geschlagen haben, weil sie ein Fotoshoot haben werden. Keine Warnung, keine Bedenken... buchstäblich “entschuldigen Sie mich, dass Sie gehen oder zum Kaffeegeschäft gehen müssen wir einen Schießen haben” jaaah. Bedenken Sie, wir waren nicht fertig zu essen unsere Fritten und Schüsseln. Und als Introvert wir nicht gerne Konfrontationen. Also hier ist unsere Bewertung. BIG NO. Vielleicht kommt er nicht zurück.

Das Zimmer ist geräumig, die Sauberkeit ist gut und auch das Bodenpersonal ist sehr nett. Die WLAN-Verbindung im Badezimmer ist schlecht und es kann keine Verbindung zum Internet hergestellt werden. Die Glasfenster sind sehr schmutzig, was ziemlich ernst ist. Da ich am ersten Tag ankam und die Grab-App nicht nutzte, bat ich das Personal, mir beim Anruf zu helfen. Das Personal bat nur um ein Taxi und wurde um 2.000 Peseten für 11 Kilometer betrogen. Danach habe ich nur P650 für den Anruf berechnet. Ich bin wirklich frustriert!

Die Lage war gut, weil ich reiste. Wenn es Ihre Sache ist, war es auch mit der Galleria Mall verbunden und einen kurzen Spaziergang vom riesigen SM Mega Mall. Die Gäste waren freundlich und hilfreich (wie sie sollten) und das Frühstücksbuffet war typisch (obwohl die Herden nicht vermieden werden, weil sie sehr trocken waren). Die Zimmer sind nicht modern. Die Möbel schienen aus den frühen 00 oder späten 90er Jahren, so war es nicht so nett wie ich es hätte geliebt. Wahrscheinlich war das Hauptsache, was ich nicht mag, der seltsame Geruch im Zimmer. Es war nicht schlecht, nur ein alter, musty Geruch, der konstant war. Ich habe auch einen kleinen Hund auf der Seitentisch getötet. Nicht viel für mich, aber vielleicht ein Problem für andere Reisende. Der Fitnessraum (mit guter und reichlicher Ausstattung) und der Schwimmbad werden mit dem Holiday Inn neben der Tür geteilt. Die Crowne Plaza ist in Ordnung, und ich würde es empfehlen, aber es ist ein alter Ort und einige Teile fühlen sich wie ein 3-star établissement.

Es ist kein schönes Apartment, aber Sie können nicht erwarten, dass der Preis, den ich gezahlt habe, nur 11 Euro pro Nacht. Ich habe das Queen Zimmer Apartment reserviert. Erster Stock (kein Aufzug). Das Apartment verfügt über eine Küche, aber keine Kücheneinrichtungen (kein Backofen). Aber es gibt einen Wasserkocher, so können Sie Ihren eigenen Kaffee oder Tee machen. Und es gibt ein Kühlschrank. Die Wohnung sieht alt aus, aber war sauber. Die Lage ist nahe der Gilmore-Krötenstation. Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption und Sicherheitsbewahrung.

Der Platz ist ok. Lobbybereich hat wunderbare Innenräume. Service ist gut. Sie sind schnell in Aktion, da mein Zimmer Probleme mit dem Heizungsgerät hat. Sofortige Zimmerumsetzung wurde durchgeführt. Aber die wesentlichen Elemente im Zimmer ziemlich lange füllen. Rein Zimmer, das mit Bad kommt. Die Lage ist nicht so nahe den Malls. Unter dem Gebäude hat 711 und das Hotel-Café. Frühstück ist kein Buffet, es ist eine Auswahl von Frühstücksfüttern in ihrem Menü.

I had a very late night flight to Manila but Terminal 1 had more immigration officers on duty than I'd seen in the last few years, so it was not long before I was in a taxi for what turned out to be a P600 trip to Cocoon Boutique Hotel taking about 33 minutes. The metered fare was P345 but the taxi driver pleaded for more including 'P100 gas (petrol) money). Still cheap compared to what one would pay in Australia, Europe or the UK. It was after midnight when I arrived. Christian was on duty: I was quickly checked in and best of all, he did not take long to find an adaptar for my phone. Cocoon's rooms feature reclaimed hardwood floors that are environmentally responsible. Kudos to it. Some years ago at Cocoon Hotel this was a problem but either the management have invested or the number of cellphone towers has increased, hence the dramatic improvement. There was an excellent amount of desk and wardrobe space in my room along with good lighting that can be adjusted three ways, although having arrived so late my priority was a dark room. The curtains were fit for purpose. A building opposite that if I recall used to be a karaoke bar has been demolished (as have buildings at another much larger site 50 metres closer to Timog Avenue). This is more evidence as to how Quezon City continues to develop and modernise. Having had food on the flight mid evening the night before, I didn't have much to eat at its rooftop buffet, but very pleasant staff found me some Greek yoghurt that coupled with fresh papaya was sufficient. On the corner of Timog 100 metres from the hotel, there is a BDO bank branch with an ATM where I obtained some cash as like most of southeast Asia, one still needs to carry cash rather than seek to rely on credit cards or other automated payment methods. There is also a McDonalds oppsoite the BDO while Burger King is a small distance away on Mother Ignacia Avenue. More importantly, there's an outstanding selection of restaurants and cafes 500 metres or so away along Tomas Morato Avenue, within walking distance along a pleasant partly tree-lined street that doesn't have much traffic. Many cuisines are represented. The street isn't typically crowded with diners at midday but at night, especially towards the end of the week, it's popular. Alba (Spanish) is one high class establishment I can recommend: great food and service. Other Cocoon staff such as Troy and Tricia were very pleasant, as was everyon
