The hotel has a nice upscale feel, especially in the lobby and restaurant areas, which fit its five-star branding. However, some corridors and rooms show signs of wear, suggesting they haven't been updated recently. While the design is still elegant, certain areas could benefit from renovation to match the luxury of the public spaces. Service was above average, and the staff were generally efficient, but I noticed a lack of warmth at times. Front desk and security staff, though professional, could be more welcoming. Simple gestures like a smile or greeting would enhance the guest experience. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but there’s room for improvement in both upkeep and guest interactions.

The room was clean but not as nice and spacious as the pictures. We enjoyed the lounge. The tea time food was not bad. The food served during cocktail hour was better which was available from 5:30-7:30pm. The wine selection was acceptable given the price of the hotel. I have booked another room for our other family members to join us. I highly reccomend that you book in the room with club lounge access as you can check in at the lounge also and not have to line up at the lobby.

It was a great stay, the staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoying the breakfast with sweet and savory options. Nearly is a mall with a supermarket and many restaurants and shops.

The members of staff were helpful and understanding to our needs. The morning breakfast service was lovely and had a selection of sweet and savoury foods to indulge in, as well as fresh fruits, coffee and juices. The room that we had stayed in was clean and well kept at all times. We would come back to this hotel over and over, as it made our five days stay extra special. I would highly recommend it and, in my humble opinion, I would give it 10/10. ❤️❤️❤️

We arrived a little earlier than the booking time for us to have time for parking and we were able to check in early. The staff was accommodating but not so much, maybe I was expecting a warmer welcome since the hotel is considered a 5 star. It would be better if they had more staff to assist guests as they came through the door. As for our whole stay, everything was good. We were able to enjoy the spacious room and the nice bed, the swimming pool, and the playground. The breakfast buffet also had plenty of choices but the flavor of some of the food could be improved. We look forward to staying here again.

An ofw na makasama si mom ko sa birthday staycation bago ung flight ko. Thought like other hotels my pa surprise when it’s your bday, wala pala 😂. The breakfast was great.

Had an overnight stay in Seda Vertis North and I would say that we were very satisfied. Staffs are friendly, accommodating and very approachable. Buffet breakfast is superb!! We will definitely comeback 😍

A relaxing stay. With accommodating staff at the club executive lounge. Food was good . Food and drink at the straight up is good but a bit pricey

Although the lace was ansolutely superb and first class we arrived at about 9 pm due the plane delayed and traffic to my surprise our room was still noisy t ready and the hotel was fairly quite and considering I have managed hotels amin Boracay Island I was surprise that this would happen!! They offered a late checkout but was not advantageous for us as we had an early pick up arranged!! Breakfast and service was absolutely fantastic and the ladies who served us was just so focused with great service. We enjoyed and appreciated this so much. Thank you ladies!!

Seda Vertis North is a modern, upscale hotel in the heart of Quezon City. Its prime location near Trinoma and Vertis North malls is super convenient. The rooms are spacious and stylish, offering city views and comfortable amenities. Dining at Misto is fantastic, especially their breakfast buffet, while the rooftop bar, Straight Up, offers great drinks with stunning views. The service is exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a smooth, enjoyable stay. Although slightly pricey, the comfort and convenience make it worth the cost. Ideal for both business and leisure.
