Das Frühstücksbuffet ist erschwinglich, das Personal freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend, werde öfter vorbeikommen

Das Hotel ist in Ordnung, einschließlich des Frühstücksbuffets, aber ich wünschte, sie würden ihre Betten verbessern (nicht das, das gerade hinzugefügt wurde, um ein Queensize-Bett zu machen), aber das Personal ist freundlich. Was mir an unserem Hotel am besten gefällt, ist die Nähe zu SM, Lebensmittelgeschäft, 7/11, Drogerie usw. Insgesamt sehr gut, bedarf aber einiger Verbesserungen.

We avail of breakfast at 6-7am but they charged us 299 contrary to the posted outside their premises which is 200… so far we had no further comment…

Good location, a walking distance to MRT station and SM shopping mall where the restaurants are. We stayed in Suite 1, very good value for money. Very spacious room and bathroom. I liked the extra lounge beside the bed with comfortable sofa, so relaxing. The bed is comfortable. Glad there's a hairdryer. The little refrigerator comes handy in keeping fresh the bottled juice and fruits that i bought. I am a Filipino, i enjoyed the free breakfast, the choices are adequate. The staff in the dining area where breakfast is served are all very helpful and accommodating. I noticed one staff in particular "Miel" was the nametag, he never stopped working, cleaning the table, sweeping, he is always there when assistance is needed- very commendable! The airconditioner which is an old Panasonic model is quite noisy but in fairness, cools the room very quickly. The television showed Apple tv, Youtube, Netflix, etc icons but is not hooked to the internet so it is useless. Only.local channels are operational. There is a pool on the 2nd floor but the water doesn't seem to be clean. Overall, my partner and i were happy with our stay. I will recommend Hotel Dreamworld to my friends and if i had the chance to be in the same area, i will stay there again. Thanks for your hospitality.

It was clean and staffs very accommodating, they were nice and helpful.

Good for solo travelers. Near walking distance to SM North Edsa and Trinoma. Will book this hotel if i jave a chance to go to Quezon city again

Our first room 4th floor has no internet, the phone was also not working. Went down to the reception to inquire about the internet. They said there were rooms with internet and rooms without internet. They also asked me if I want to transfer to room with internet, which I said yes. (They should've put us in the room with internet in the first place as that was what I requested when booking in the app.). That was before 4pm, and I told them we have an appointment at 5:30pm. They told me to wait in the room for someone to transfer us. We waited more than 30mins and no one came. I went back to the reception to follow up. They said that I wait again. After afew minutes, someone came and brought new card key to 9th floor (farthest room) We went to the new room, but the door won't open. I went down again to the reception to tell them about the problem. That was around 4:45pm, I remind them again of my appointment at 5:30pm. Someone accompanied me back to 9th floor, and saw also that the door was indeed not working. He asked us to wait, and they will give us a new room. That was already past 5pm. Then, they brought us back to 4th floor on a different room, that they said has internet. (Which actually doesn't have). And, that was past 5:30pm, which I said I had an appointment. Also, there were 2 elevators. Only one elevator can go to 9th floor, and that elevator is malfunctioning. So, i need to use the stair to 8th floor and use the elevator from there. I also asked for an extra pillow, as It shows on the app each room has 3 pillows, and they only gave us 2 pillows. They said only 2 pillows were given each room, and the picture on the app showing 3 pillows were old photos of the rooms. They said I should pay extra for the extra pillow.

may vault pero di daw naoopen lahat ng vault di raw gumagana dahil nawawala daw susi sabi ng recep. not valid reason.dahil sabi nila sure naman wala iba papasok sa room. kaya sa 3 days stay namin di na lang kami nagpalinis. yung mga towels madumi pati bed sheet di na puti. yung toilet nagbavara drainage pati flush napaka hina. ang ingay pa ng aircon

Very affordable and good location just across sm north and walking distance from MRT north station.
