Obwohl das Gebäude nicht das beste suchen das Hotel hat alles, was Sie brauchen. Es ist direkter Zugang zu Skischule, Mietkauf und die Strände, die die anderen Hotels nicht bieten. Zimmer sind geräumig und gut. AC funktionierte nicht 100% aber es war ok w die Balkontür offen. Das Personal war großartig und vor allem Kamilla In Concierge gab sie unglaubliche Service. Keiner in Shahdag schlägt ihr Serviceniveau! Sie machte unser Aufenthalt fantastisch und einfach! Nichts war ein Problem! Buchen Sie Skischule im Voraus. Es ist ein Albtraum, aber die Lehrer sind gut. Keiner hat perfekt Englisch so geduldig sein und eine Übersetzung App herunterladen!! Mietausrüstung war verfügbar, als wir am Freitag angekommen, aber ich habe einige gehört, die keine Skiboote oder Ski erhalten. Sehr empfehlen Shahdag Hotel und vor allem dank Kamilla!

It was amazing stay.We book Deluxe room, but they upgraded our room to Balcony room which was huge and has nice view on complimentary basis.We celebrated my birthday in that hotel and very happy that we were there.Welcome amanity, complimentary late check-out and etc. made our day.Specially thanks to Front Ofiice department (Aziza and another guys).Just there was not a lot of choice on breakfast buffet, but service was excellent.
