I checked in with my daughter and sister from the 20th to the 24th December 2024 and we had a wonderful experience! The hotel is very new, and the 2 rooms are impressively spacious, providing great comfort throughout our stay. The location, though not accessible by large vehicles, is well-served by convenient smaller vehicles called "xiao bai," which made getting around a breeze. This thoughtful arrangement added to the charm of the place. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. As someone from Singapore, I was thrilled to find my hometown breakfast featured alongside Quanzhou cuisine. The fusion of flavors was delightful, and we looked forward to it every morning. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, with a special mention to Zhuang Zhuang for going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel at home. We spent four nights here and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. I highly recommend QUANZHOU WEST ST. GUCHENG ALLEY YU Hotel to anyone visiting Quanzhou. Thank you for a memorable stay! ---

Booked 2 rooms - one for my family and another one for my elderly parents. Hotel is very pretty and photogenic. Convenient location and close to many eateries. Hotel staff 小謝and 小张are very helpful and attentive to my elderly parents. Highly recommended and I will stay here again.

Located right at the heart of Quanzhou's Shopping Street. Friendly staff members. Highly recommended.

Staffs are polite, but can give better information related to surrounding old town. Toilet bowl using automated system, but not clean. Can see poop stains from previous room user.

位置很好，房間很大，去西街也很近，對面就是木偶劇，出門去各處都方便。前台服務很好，有一點小誤會，退房時送了些特產食品，回去的火車上嘗試了下直接都種草，全部按品牌淘寶下單，不踩雷，酒店是會特產選品的，是此行意外收穫

衞生：房間乾淨整潔 環境：出門就是中山街 到西街走幾分鐘，酒店外面這條巷子也很好看。 服務：管家莊莊和小吳很熱心，有問必答，幫忙打印資料，另外我們去晉江回來晚了為了趕時間，莊莊和小吳幫我們把行李提到可以打車的位置，太貼心了。

泉州鬧中取靜的酒店。位置很好。飯店走文青風。房間簡約舒適，明亮乾淨。床夠大。浴室也夠大。但建議設計一個地方可以放乾的衣服。掛勾放在浴室內，掛衣物的話有點怕弄濕。

酒店位於通政巷，緊鄰西街、開元寺，逛吃很方便，入住期間服務高效，週六木偶戲和傳統戲劇表演專業。客房智能設施完善，但淋浴水温偶有波動，影響不大。這個價格還是比較值的，總體適合注重文化體驗的遊客。管家莊莊也很專業負責，有幫忙保留飲品還有附近景點門店推薦。

房間很大，適合帶小朋友，走路到西街、開元寺都很近，重點是酒店很乾凈又漂亮，還有大露台可以跟小朋友晚上在上面玩，大人可以看夜景，很愜意的享受。

房間乾淨衞生，酒店位於中心區域，中山路，西街，逛吃都很方便呀，內有木偶劇場，非遺大師表演木偶戲，南音互動。開元寺也步行可到。總體印象不錯。

位置在老城區步行街裏面，出門就有很多吃的，房間很大，樓層也高住起來很舒服，晚上挺安靜的不吵。管家小黃一直提供貼心服務，入住體驗很好。
