There is a lot of progress compared with the last time I stayed but the lack of knowledge on travel documents caused by the hotel staff of unable to upload to some China Government of Political and Law System is not the customer concern. I already stayed in this hotel for 3 times and every time I arrived in your hotel, first thing I do is show all of my travel documents, I repeat again, ALL OF THEM, but saying to me that my travel documents are not qualified and other reason is not a way to solve problem, in conditions on the hotel staff borrowed my other travel documents and neglected the other one. I strictly need to assess and point out this matter cause it's already the third time your hotel accepted me as your customer and if every time you still saying the same reason again, I am very sorry, your hotel's staff is not qualified to work in a hotel that could receive foreigners. Please pass this message to your hotel manager or whatever is in charge, cause I'm very offended when the staff asked me some strange questions like that.
