For the price might be still acceptable. But this place gets the price for dirtiest room I ever had in China. So many various insects I’ve never seen before. Most were still normal cockroaches. Ground was completely uncleaned, hairs dust. The 42nd floor looks like a lost place. The lifts have sometimes waiting times of 20 minutes because so many people. We once just took the staircase (42 floors). The beds head part had in old material that was falling apart with hairs glued in. We just tried to touch nothing with our skin. The receptionist was online. Called the number, scanned wechat. He sent us code for the lock and WiFi. Had to pay 100 rmb in case we “destroy” something. Had to laugh a bit. View is nice. My girlfriend refused to use their towels. I took them and didn’t die, but still you have to know what you book. Looks like 20 years used without any renovation. Has a laundry in the room. Mostly the whole floor is for low budget ************, everywhere adverstiment in the walls (outside the room), Sex toys (buyable) next to the bed.

It was a nice stay, I would definitely recommend it.

The homestay I recently stayed at had a few drawbacks. While the rooms were generally clean, I couldn't overlook the fact that they were outdated and in need of renovation. The old furniture and paint gave a less-than-pleasant overall impression. It's the kind of place where you're fine for a sleepover, but it's not somewhere you'd want to spend a lot of time in during the day. P.S. The bathroom badly needs a door.

Pretty Chilled vibes all round and the place was really quiet and calm.

2015년을 마지막으로 칭다오를 가지 않았었는데 그 사이에 너무나 많은 것들이 변해 있었어요. 무엇보다 청양 류팅공항이 폐쇄되었고 지아오동 공항이 새로 만들어졌어요.(비행기에서 내리고 나서야 알았다니~~~^^) 완전 깜짝 놀랐고 마치 인천 공항처럼 도심지에서 60km 정도 떨어진 먼 곳에 위치해 있었어요. 택시비 걱정을 하던 중, 급하게 네이버 검색을 해보니 버스와 지하철이 있다는 거에요. 중국분들이 도와 주셔서 7위안을 주고 지하철을 탔는데 인청 공항과 흡사한 시스템이었어요. 목적지는 스베이취 옌지루에 있는 완다그룹이 만든 완다플라자 상층부의 seaside 아파텔이었기 때문에 물어보니 Dun Hua Ru 역에서 내리면 된다는 거에요. 공항에서 8호선과 3호선을 탔더니 역에 도착하여 구글 지도로 찾아갔어요. 택시비 편도가 120~150위안이 나왔을 텐데 싸고 편하고 시원하게 왔지요. 완다 플라자는 중국 부동산 완다그룹이 지은 건물로서 지상1~3층 정도에는 각종 편의시설 (식당, 극장, 마트)등이 있고 나머지는 고층의 주거시설이 있는 빌딩이에요. 원룸 스타일이라고 보시면 되고 비밀번호 도어락, 냉장고,Hier 벽걸이 에어컨, 소형세탁기(탈수기 아님), 전기온수기, 전기주전자, 헤어드라이어, 유선TV, 와이파이등이 골고루 잘 갖추어져 있었어요. 이러한 원룸이 각 4개의 고층 건물에 엄청나게 많이 있는데 한개 한개 원룸이 고도로 잘 서비스 되고 있었어요. 2일분의 수건과 치약, 치솔이 있었고 유선 tv는 처음에는 조작을 할 줄 몰라서 채널이 1개인 줄 알았는데 엄청나게 많아서 중국 방송 재미있게 봤구요 (중국에서 한국 전쟁 다큐멘터리 보면 항상 기분이 묘하답니다) , 와이파이는 네이버나 네이트, 다음 등 한국 포탈은 막힌 듯이 잘 안 되고 특정 포탈은 엄청나게 빨리 잘 됩니다. (본인만이 아는 특정 포탈- 이것까지는 안 막는 것 같더라구요 ) 배가 고프면 저층부의 완다플라자로 가서 피자, 아이스크림, 맥도날드 등을 가서 먹었고 중소규모의 마트에서 컵라면 사다가 끓여먹었지요. 제일 마음에 들었던 것은 공기밥 3회, 미역국 무제한, 김치 무제한의 한식당인데 싸고 맛있었어요. 돌솥비빔밥, 불고기, 된장찌개 등. 중국인들도 엄청 오더라구요. 싸고 맛있었어요. 건물 앞에 택시도 엄청 많고, 젊은 중국인 남녀도 많고. 이러한 이유들로 Wanda Plaza Seaside Apatel 강추합니다~~~

太差了，按金還隔了一天才退，真的騙外地人的，傢俱設施也是很老的，衞生間很狹窄

太坑人了，房間衞生差，衞生間門都是壞的，一點都不隔音晚上睡覺全是電梯到站聲音，房門都是空心木頭的就是加了個密碼鎖，連個前台都沒有，訂房什麼都有，到店啥都沒有，便宜也不帶這麼騙的，這是我住過最差的酒店了。

距離地鐵3號線很近，來青島旅遊首選三號線附近，樓下吃飯購物都很方便，高層區能看到大海，照片退房的時候拍的

房間衞生乾淨，設施齊全，房東服務態度很好。周邊餐飲，超市，交通，便利店一用俱全，生活非常方便。有家的感覺。
