Schönes Hotel im alten Stil. Trotzdem modern und sauber. Kein Luxus aber nettes Personal und gute Lage.

According to the hotel staff, this hotel has 200 years history and the hotel newly renovated for 2 years. My hotel room is small but if you picked up a larger room, you will able to see the view of the church as per photo. The hotel come with one lift and some room you can access via staircase. The hotel staff quite friendly and helpful.

This hotel would be the best hotel in Zhongshan Area. Hotel Name is included with " Min-sook". But it is similar with Hotel. I have traveled in Japan, China and Asia countries in 2024~2025. This hotel is the best hotel based on Money Value. I booked the twin room but it was promoted to Sweet room with balcony. I could look around the ZhongShan road.I stayed 3'rd floor and very convenient to move via elevator. All staff is kind and helpful and you need not purchase the drinking water in store. In frond desk, I could take a complimentary water bottle as many as I like. The most important thing is location. I took a subway from Airport to hotel. the Zhongshan road station is the next building from hotel. I took only 1 min form subway station. it is so good. Just subway fee 7 yien per person. but it took as 1 and half hour. but I think it would be one of travelling. 2'nd positive thing is I could choose the Various restaurants in nearby. seafood , china food, steak and especially, CHAGEE is opposite from hotel. I will stay again with my family in next time.

We were upgraded to the family room which was very spacious and we appreciated it. The hotel is located right next to the subway exit and is near attractions like the cathedral and also the pier. However, cleanliness and housekeeping were a bit of a problem. When we first checked-in, we found stains on the blanket cover. We informed the hotel staff and it was replaced immediately. We stayed a total of 3 nights and realised no cleaning was done on the second day. The housekeeper just placed new towels and tea bags in our room but did not clean anything. When we first checked-in, the shampoo, conditioner and body shampoo which were all in big containers were close to finishing. We did not inform the staff as we thought they would replace it on the second day. However, they were not topped up or replaced even until the day we checked out, so we had to use our own supplies on the last day. On day 3, we indicated that we wanted house-keeping, so our room was finally cleaned. We dropped something and was looking for it, thus saw that the bottom of the beds were dirty and dusty. It's just that this is a 'luxury boutique hotel' according to the description so we were expecting a higher standard of cleanliness and service.

Very happy with my stay! The hotel is well-located, the room was clean, and the staff were nice. It made my trip so much easier. Would stay here again!

Service crew are excellent. Room is too compact and air conditioning not good enough. Location near Zhongsan Road Metro Exit A.

Stayed here for three nights and the experience was wonderful. The staffs are helpful and nice, got myself locked out of the room problem was quickly resolved. Location wise is also foot, the subway is stone throw away from the hotel. Will stay here again the next time I visit Qingdao

Mr.Li and Ms Li were very helpful. Mr.Li has full service mind to help. The room was generally clean, but to our surprise the room was not really cleaned up for our second day.. Even the bed and the bed sheet were left untouched.

My only regret was booking this hotel for just one day! From the moment I arrived, the staff provided exceptional service—I even got a free upgrade to a spacious, spotlessly clean room. The location was perfect, and every detail exceeded my expectations. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Fantastic! It's located next to the subway and surrounded by nice local restaurants. You can walk to several tourist attractions such as Zhan Bridge and St. Michael's Cathedral. The staff were very nice and helpful. Worth the money!

Amazing service by the staff, extremely friendly and nice! Provided a free upgrade so I could have a better stay. Never once failed service is really top notch. Room was also spacious and very clean. Amazing stay will be back again.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 days. Very nice hotel. In a very good location. Metro station is just like 100 m near. Hot stuffs are very nice. And the property is like ancient Chinese architecture. I really love the room.BIt's very clean. Toilets are super clean. And it's a well maintained property and its new. I strongly recommend this hotel. And it's very close to all the tourist attractions.
