Das Management ist nicht sehr kompetent! Die Toilette ging einmal, dann nicht mehr! Gemeldet um Behebung, kamen zurück aus dem ganztägigen Ausflug und das Zimmer roch nach WC, gar nichts gemacht! Nach Diskussion ein anderes Zimmer für eine Nacht! Kein Kühlschrank trotz beworben! Das Frühstück sehr bescheiden, dann am Tag der Abreise etwas mehr im Angebot. Tauben überall, innen wie außen und sie erleichtern sich überall. Während des Aufenthaltes nicht einmal gereinigt. Der Pool sah auch so aus, bis auf den Tag der Abreise, da war er gereinigt. Leider leitet das Hotel die Abwässer in den See und es riecht auch so. Schade, die Landschaft und die Idee selbst wären sehr schön, nur leider nicht in kompetenten Händen!

I was with a friend. The view of the serene lake, the fun we had on jet skis, and riding around on the water in our beautiful Corvette was amazing. Indescribable sunset views, beautiful breath, and friendly customer service made it all possible. Thank you to the staff

Went there for a day use with friends. It was splendid, the view of calm lake water, the joyful play with jet-skies, and driving a lovely corvette over the waters. Sunset indescribable sight with the beauty breath and friendly customer service made it all. Thank you

Beautiful place , basic needs, not a fancy hotel but great, friendly staff . Water activities are available. Siwa is a magnificent place , Taghaghien Island is a great experience. Food is nice at the taghaghien hotel

The best destination in Siwa Egypt. Hospitality is super super perfect. Management are respectable especially Mr. Nader. A relaxing place in Taghaghin Island. Highly recommended from our side. Me and my husband enjoyed our vacation there and it will not be the last time.

The Rooms were perfect the weather these days wasn't the best, and was crowdy but the atmosphere and the mood are more than perfect due to that the resort is away from crowdy areas specially during eid time , Service wasn't 100% but i cant blame too much i accept nature and ecolodge style , I Really recommend the resort Best location in Siwa

"This hotel resort is an absolute gem! The bungalows in the middle of the lake were a unique experience that blew us away. The beds were so comfy, and the clean bathrooms added an extra layer of luxury. The staff were super friendly and always willing to lend a hand. Not to mention, the food was outstanding! The hotel also offered a range of activities that satisfied all of our interests. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience that I highly recommend!"

Beautiful place, in the middle of the desert, so peaceful and calm, the service is more than perfect and the people here are so friendly and attentive. A great place if you want to escape the chaos of the city.
