During check out, they automatically add on 1 euro to stay, some charity program they claimed that will help poor starving kids. Is not about the $, but I hate it when people feel entitled that we should we donating this $ with the hotel taking all the credits. Is not a big amount as our normal restaurants meals in Cyprus, we typically tip 5-10 euros. But the fact that they add this amount into your bill before u agreeing to it, pissed me off Bad service, lousy quality and service attitude for a 5 star hotel Should have just top up 100-150usd to stay in four seasons Hotel Reception attitude is the worst! I

Good hotel with good location. Recommend this hotel, likes the service, breakfast and territory. But to travel around you need a car

Wir waren mit unseren drei Söhnen (3, 6 und 8 Jahre alt) für 8 Tage im St. Raphael Resort. Die Familienzimmer sind wirklich perfekt für Familien und sehr groß. Himani vom Kinderclub ist soo herzlich und engagiert und hat mit den Kindern tolle Aktionen gemacht wie z.B. Face Painting, Tiere mit Luftballone falten etc. Auch Maria war immer so süß zu unseren Kindern. Und Lukas und Aleks sind die coolsten Animateure und haben mit unseren Jungs Fußball gespielt, Tischtennis, Beach Volleyball... Danke an das gesamte Team für die super tolle Zeit! Wir kommen definitiv wieder :)

Wir haben einen 12tägigen Urlaub mit Kindern im Grundschul-/ Schulalter im St. Raphael Resort in Limassol verbracht. Wir haben auf dem großen Parkplatz vom Hotel zügig einen Platz gefunden, wurden sehr nett empfangen und unsere großen Koffer wurden ins Zimmer gebracht. Die Küche wollte direkt auf unsere Wünsche und Bedürfnisse eingehen, was für uns nicht nötig war, da das Buffet im Grunde ausreichend ist. Das Frühstück kann mit Meerblick, Poolblick auch auf der Terrasse eingenommen werden, oder drin, je nach Wunsch. Es gibt nur eine kleine Auswahl an Brötchen, aber eine interessante Toastmaschine, mit der man experimentieren kann. Beim Mittagessen kann man einen Schokoladenbrunnen als Nachspeise nutzen. Wenn man vom fehlenden Essig am Abend absieht, der auf Nachfrage gereicht wird und somit fast nicht erwähnenswert ist, reicht auch hier das Buffet. Jeden Abend wechselt das Thema, so gibt es italienische Abende, russische Abende, griechische Abende... mit entsprechenden Speisen und zum Teil mit Livemusik zum Essen. Die Kellner sind außergewöhnlich höflich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, Die Schallisolation ausreichend gut (wir hatten allerdings ein Zimmer am Ende eines Ganges). Die Fitnessräumlichkeiten in Ordnung und voll ausreichend für uns mit funktionierenden Geräten. Der Indoorpool und der Whirlpool waren warm, die Temperatur kann ich nicht angeben, aber so warm, dass meine verfrorenen Kinder ihre Neoprenshorties nicht tragen wollten. Was mir hier auffiel, die Putzfrau putzt hier zwar, aber übersieht manchmal einen Becher auf dem Tisch (was daran liegen kann, dass sie nicht weiß, ob er doch jemandem gehört). Das Außengelände fällt vom erhöht stehenden Hotel zum Meer hin in Stufen (Sonnenliegen in Gruppen) ab und endet in einer ebenen, robusten Rasenfläche auf der man mit Kindern ein wenig Fußball spielen kann. Die wunderschönen unbeheizten Outdoorpools waren uns, abgesehen für einen kurzen Versuch, auch mit Neoprenshorty noch zu kalt. Den Kidsclub wollten meine Kinder nicht ausprobieren, was nicht am Kidsclub lag, weshalb ich diesen aber nicht beurteilen kann. Am sauberen Sandstrand konnte man Muscheln finden und das Wasser fällt hier auf die ersten zwei Meter etwa langsam ab, was sehr gut für Kinder geeignet ist. Die Sonnenliegen sind bequem und zumindest im April ausreichend vorhanden. Die Sportmöglichkeiten am Wasser sind sehr vielseitig. Wir haben das Wassersofa ausprobiert, mit dem man durchs Wasser gezogen wird und auch hier fiel mir positiv auf, dass der Mann hinter dem Steuer des Motorbootes alle paar Sekunden überprüfte, ob wir noch lachen und den Daumen nach oben zeigen, damit er weiß, das alles in Ordnung ist. Hier kann man aber auch Kanu, SUP, Boote, Jetski usw ausleihen. Sogar Segeln, Kiten usw ist möglich und ich habe eine Werbung für Flugstunden gesehen. Außer diesen Annehmlichkeiten, habe ich noch den Friseur ausprobiert und sehr zufrieden aus diesem Friseursalon gekommen, auch wenn der Besu

Sehr nett, internationales Flair, renommiertes Hotel, nettes Spa, besonders gute Friseurin! Indoorpool war für uns großartig, da es für den Outdoorpool einfach noch zu kalt war. Der Strand war sehr schön, nur an windigen Tagen konnte man im April noch nicht so gut hin und ihn genießen. Besonders freundliches Personal im ganzen Hotel! Ausnahmslos! Abends habe ich Essig an der Salatbar auf Anfrage bekommen, da ich gerne selbst das Salatdressing mache, auch wenn es verschiedene Salatsoßen gab. Leider konnte man sich kein Ladekabel leihen, wie mir eine andere Kundin sagte, der ich mein Ladekabelstecker schenkte.. Temperatur des Indoorpool kann ich nicht nennen, aber sehr warm, sowie die Temperatur des Whirlpools. Kinderklub haben wir nicht probiert. Wir haben das Wasserstofa ausprobiert, das auf helle Begeisterung bei den Kindern stieß. Viel Spaß in diesem wirklich guten und netten Familienhotels!

Komfort fremfor stress... Beliggenheten var perfekt mtp. grunnen til reisen. Og hotellets personal er like bra i dag som dem var for 25-20-15-10 år siden og noen ganger imellom.

Stayed with my wife and two young children in an inland family room. The stay was brilliant. The hotel is well looked after with plenty of eating options, and it is always nice when there are outdoor seats in the various restaurants (we have stayed at plenty of hotels in the sun that have not had this. Who wants to sit inside when the Sun is shining and there are beautiful views to enjoy???). Staying in May, not all the restaurants are open every day. So be sure to look at the timetable early in your stay and make your reservations for the days that they are open to avoid disappointment. The hotel is a little way out of Limassol, but if you have a hire car or hire the hotels bicycles it is only a short trip into town. Taxis and bus service are also freely available. And the benefit of being further out is that the hotel enjoys quite extensive grounds and is of course quieter without a noisy road outside which hotels closer to town have. The inland family room is very large with bunkbeds for the children which they enjoyed. And it has clearly been made over in the last few years. It’s fair to say that there are other five star hotels in the area that will be more luxurious, but at the same time those hotels required you to pay an awful lot more money for your stay. For what we paid, this was a good quality five star hotel that we thoroughly enjoyed staying at. Nice pool areas (One pool is called the executive pool and has a short slide for children.) We were not in an executive room but no one seemed to be bothered that we were able to use it which was nice. Telling children they can’t use a slide because we haven’t paid enough for a room is an unnecessary complication for a holiday The captains bar terrace was lovely with great views, and due to its three levels it was easy to get a seat and table where you could enjoy those views. Lovely extensive grounds which are well looked after, with plenty of sunbeds so you can lie and have a quiet time away from this slightly busier pool areas was a nice feature, and they lead down to a large beach which has lovely sand and plenty of sunbeds provided by the hotel. But by far the best part of this hotel was the staff. From reception to the baggage staff to the bar staff to the restaurant staff, all staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. We felt very much at home and looked after in this hotel and enjoyed it very much. We’d very happily stay here again in the future.

A family holiday that was really disrupted by business events and conferences. The setting and staff are really great but avoid booking if you are looking for a relaxing family holiday in a luxury hotel. Multiple events through the week taking up gardens, terraces, main bar and the noise generated from Game Developers conference was really really awful; large stage set up in the ‘Quiet area of lawn’, band and music testing for one day and then live the next. Horrific disturbance. Would not book again. Zero consideration from management.

One word to define: PERFECT resort ! Amazing staff, very friendly and always looking forward to help which we most needed with two kids. The food was amazing ! Lots of variety and very delicious ! The beach was very clean. We really enjoyed the magician show. it was great to see kids reactions :) have visited 4 hotels in Limassol in last 2 months i can definitely say St Raphael was the best ! If you are looking for a kid friendly high quality hotel this is it ! Looking forward to be back in couple of weeks time 😀

We had an outstanding experience thanks to the excellent customer service that went above and beyond! The food was delicious and fresh, with a wide variety of options for both breakfast and the buffet. We will certainly be returning! Highly recommended!!

This hotel is very clean and very well run ,from the swim up bar ,Zoe,and Chris do cocktails to die for,the food is amazing and has choice for everyone, sea shells vegan,splash for snacks and octagon for everything else big shout out to Yannis the restaurant manager who's professionalism and charisma and very well manned approach to his job went above and beyond to the point of getting skolrdelia greek dip made up for us ,we stayed in room 328 which was very nice apart from the balcony having paid for a sea view which in theory we got looking from the right ,looking from the left we had car park,main road and motorway to look at.? The grounds are well kept and the beach is private we encountered a few corporate venues a four day wedding and a annual festival which encroached on our stay with bars not been available as normal.overall the few minuses were over rode by the pluses.
