We had a lovely stay whilst we were in Swansea to pick up our son from Uni. Upgraded to a Suite and got the Henry Belle which is an awesome room. Bed was huge and comfy, nice sofa and a huge tv. Bathroom was great. Staff were great especially Amy from reception, she was happy, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. It’s always an added bonus when you stay at a Hotel and the staff are so nice. We will definitely be staying here again whenever we’re staying over whilst our son does Uni..

Everything about my stay was fabulous. The receptionist Hayley was super friendly, as well as all the other staff. The room was immaculate and the bed and pillows were amazing, I had a great night's sleep. I would highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely rebook if staying in Swansea, as it's in a great location.

We had a fantastic 4 night stay in the annexe in the maxima room. It was absolutely spotless and extremely comfortable. A very nice coffee machine that dispensed instant hot water was a nice touch, and the bathroom wow! A wonderfully powerful shower, bathrobes on the back of the door and luxurious fluffy towels. What more could you want? The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful even recommending places to visit which were not a disappointment. The position of the hotel is perfect with an ample car park that has electric charging. Across the road and you’re straight into Swansea’s bars and restaurants or behind the hotel across the bridge into the marina area with its bars and restaurants. It’s the perfect location for visiting the Gower peninsula and not too far is the botanical gardens too. The breakfast was outstanding and definitely worth going for. All in all an amazing stay.

A wonderful hotel ! A comfortable bed and room and lovely staff. Breakfast was amazing as was the evening meal . Easy access and within easy reach of the town centre amenities and facilities . Mandy at breakfast was super helpful as was Hayley on reception .

The hotel decor is beautiful & our room was wonderful (Henry Belle), the staff were great in particular Amy & Rosie on reception, they went above & beyond for us. They were so lovely we spent over an hour talking to them throughout the evening. We’ll be back and will certainly be recommending the hotel.

We had an overnight stay at Morgans Hotel to attend a concert at the nearby Swansea Arena, choosing the hotel based on its proximity to the venue and also the good reviews. The hotel car park was made available to us even though we arrived well before check-in, which was a bonus. Check-in was quick and easy and we were personally escorted to our room which was not in the main hotel but in their "Townhouse" across the street. The room (Artizan) was up in the rafters of this building, accessed by a long flight of stairs, but felt very spacious and luxurious in its furnishings. The bathroom was large and everywhere was clean. The location is good, being close to the city centre (sadly, very run down), waterfront and, of course, Swansea Arena. We didn't eat in the hotel. We were very satisfied with our stay at Morgans - it was well-priced, convenient for our concert and the parking was free and convenient.

Fantastic place to stay. Stunning decor and so clean and spacious. Shout out to Rhys for checking us in so smoothly and giving us some interesting history on the hotel. Handy to town and to do a beach walk. Massive bonus having secure parking available. Highly recommend staying here, do it you won't be disappointed

What a Quality, Stylish & very Central Swansea Hotel. The staff were excellent & the room was very comfortable with some lovely extra touches including bottled water & a Nespresso. Breakfast was also very well done, great coffee. Definitely recommend.
