The duvet in the room had stains, and the electricity often went out and when I called the front office and Housekeeping, no one responded at all so I had to go down to the lobby and at that time the elevator was not working and I had to go down the stairs and the FO would send someone to fix the TV remote until the next morning no one came to the room, and there was no room service that was open 24 hours

The view is excellent , the hotel is good. But the aircon outdoor is very noicy becoz install in the room wall. Also balcony need to clean up twice, too many dust

The resort is not fully ready and there's still on going work all around the resort. The pool is dusty as there's on going work directly in front of the pool. I really don't understand how the management are able to operate when clearly there's a lapse in safety and hygiene issues. It's noisy all day due to the current work that is going on. Whatever you see in their Instagram is truly the epitome of expectation vs reality. We ordered 3 food items from the hotel menu through room service and 30 minutes later we got the first call from the restaurant saying one of the food wasn't available. So we change it to something else. 1 hour later we received a second call from the restaurant saying the other 2 foods wasn't available either. So we decided to to just cancel the order as most of the food wasn't available. It's really ridiculous how they can't inform us that most of the food wasn't available when they called us the first time. Staff is very polite but the hotel needs a better management and please be truthful about the ongoing works. The resort is only half ready. Im not kidding, really. One the second day, we left early at 4am and asked for the room to be clean. When we came back at 5pm, the room wasn't clean and the staff only came around 530pm to asked if we needed the room to be clean. I've been to a lot of hotels and all rooms are suppose to be clean in the morning, not when it's almost night! It's just super ridiculous. Please stay only when it's fully ready.

Dapat kamar diujung dekat ke kolamr, tambah 1 extrabed bs untuk 5 org superior room, masukan saja pd saat sarapan pagi jgn sampe menunya habis dl bari di refil, untuk rasa relatif enak
