不吹不黑 認真評價一下
1.攜程定的是山景超大床房，給安排的雙床房，溝通無果後找了攜程，攜程説酒店方收到的就是雙床套餐，攜程補了差價給我
2.酒店設施很不齊全，甚至沒有抽紙，衹有衞生間薄薄的捲紙，整體設施沒怎麼拍，圖二將就看一下
3.並不是每天都打掃衞生，水需要找他們要才會給
4.入住期間有裝修，午休時間瘋狂打鑽
5.酒店靠着Titicaca湖，風景沒的説
6.服務也還可以，衹是基礎設施確實不太行

Die Lage des Hotels direkt am See ist wunderschön. Die Zimmer sind schon etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Das Frühstücksbuffet entsprach nicht unseren Vorstellungen. Das Angebot ist sicher gut gemeint aber bei der Umsetzung ist noch viel Luft nach oben (Geschmack und Vielfalt). Hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und schnelle Reaktionsfähigkeit des Personals.

Das Hotel hat ein super Lage direkt am See, diesen konnte man vom schönen Garten super genießen. Die Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet, und man hatte einen sehr schönen Blick nach draußen. Mit super Service

Alles war gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Der Garten und der Ausblick sind sehr schön. Das Ausflugsboot für den See hält direkt im Garten des Hotels. Im Garten sind Alpakas und Meerschweinchen. Das Essen war gut und die Portionen sind riesig.

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of our tour of Peru and enjoyed our stay. We had a room overlooking Lake Titicaca which we loved, and you can open windows to get some fresh air which made a change in various hotels we have stayed at. Not much around so we ate breakfast and dinner in hotel and food was a good standard. Staff were friendly and keen to help. The only thing that would have been nice is a kettle in root so we could have tea, but not a biggie would stay here again.

Very happy with this hotel. Stayed here a few days during our trip to Puno. The staff was friendly, attentive, and most important, the rooms were clean. Bed was very comfortable with room overlooking the Bay Area. Yes, they have alpacas cutting the grass lol. Bathrooms had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Free WiFi. Hotel has a restaurant inside. We’re typically not hotel restaurant people, but we were forced to eat here the first night. We actually enjoyed it more than some of the restaurants we visited. The chefs did a fantastic job with the food. We voluntarily ate here one other time, tried different food, and it was still great! They have a bar, lots of drinks, wine, and beers. However, the mixed drinks were a little different story lol. Not much experience with mixed drinks from what we noticed. Still a comfy place to relax and have some drinks with great views. Highly recommend this hotel to stay and restaurant to eat at!

This hotel is simply not a 4 star hotel as it is promised. It probably starts by the fact that the city isn’t pleasant on the eyes, even though that is not the hotel’s fault, it definitely affected the experience. About the hotel itself, it is right beside a railway, so if you stay on the first floor, you’ll hear train noises every two hours and won’t be able to rest. The hotel’s restaurant is said to be the best in the city, however the food is mid and the breakfast is terrible. I ate a ceviche in one of the two nights we stayed there and it gave me a diarrhea in the morning. They are also right by the lake, which means sometimes you can feel a putrid smell coming from it. The rooms are a terrible shade of yellow and the bathroom is poorly designed. Not to mention that the locker they offer is a key one, aside from not being actually safe, since any guest could have made a copy, is old and outdated. The hotel does not have any source of entertainment, aside from the room TV and does not have room service. Overall, not a good stay.
