Ruhiges, zentral gelegenes, einfaches Hotel, direkt am Chaweng Beach. Central Samui, Green Mango und ARKbar sind unmittelbar in der Nähe. Tagsüber etwas Fluglärm, die Flieger gehen direkt über die Anlage. Hat mich nicht gestört, da ich tagsüber unterwegs war.

We got the key to our hotel room, and as we walked in, we were welcomed by a swarm of flies. We let the lady at the check in desk know about the problem, and she looked like she could care less. She asked the housekeeping to sort the issue out, which they did. When we went back to the room, we noticed there was mould all along the skirting boards and some on the wall behind the pillows on the bed. We went back to the desk to let the staff know, and again, they did not care. Without hesitation, we left the hotel the same day without any money back. Do not go to this hotel if you care about your health

Spent a total of 7 nights at PTK beach this trip. The hotel is in a perfect location, just a couple of minutes walk to the main bars and restaurants of Chaweng, and right on the beach. The reception staff are incredibly helpful, and can organise scooters, taxis, and laundry. The room wasn't anything fancy, but was clean and comfortable and had very good Aircon. As others have said the pool area is very run down, and could do with tidying up. Overall for the price the hotel was excellent value for money, and I would stay there again.

This little hotel is perfectly squeezed in between Chaweng beach and the busy downtown . It is less than 100m each way but still very quiet . The reception is open all hours and they help you with anything. The rooms are clean and in okay standard although some updates couldn't hurt. The only negative I can say is that the poolarea need some TLC , never saw a person use the pool in my stay. But the beach is right in front of you so its a small negative problem

This is a great budget hotel and I would advise booking the larger rooms. The king size bed was great and the room was cleaned daily to an excellent standard. The location is great within walking distance to all the action yet far enough to be quiet at night. Will return to this hotel.

I chose this hotel for the price, location and beach access. The room was adequate, the staff kept it clean and stocked, the A.C. worked great, and the pool was open and clean. Literally walk out the room onto the best beach- many restaurants within walking distance, fresh smoothies open early, and a great place to meet other travelers. Highly recommend and I’ll be back again!

Excellent location! Clean big room with water, coffee, kettle, fridge and had a great shower bath everything is available. Access to the beach. Even though it is a budget hotel, there is a swimming pool. The room was cleaned every day, and the staff is great! Near the Central Festival, 7/11 and restaurants. The pool was rather clean and right on the beach, if there is a pool bar it will be much better. Along with that, it’s not far from the busy strips but far enough for it not to be too noisy and simply easy access to anywhere. Nice friendly owner/recept and other cleaning staff. I can see that they are upgrading the place to be better... Just note to your driver this hotel is next to Chaweng Beach Street and is next to Evergreen resort, if not they will send you to their sister branch PTK Residence... I love my stay, I will be back.
