Es war eine gute Erfahrung, Mashej Ghat ist ein spektakulärer Ort. Dieses Hotel befindet sich in einem schönen Ort, wenn Sie die Aussicht auf die dunkle Berge sowie den See genießen möchten. Das einzige, was über diesen Ort ist, werden Sie nichts in der Innenspielzone zu bekommen. Alle diese Spiele sind in schlechtem Zustand. Also, wenn Sie nur im Hotel Schwimmbad kühlen wollen, ist die einzige Option, die Sie tun können. Und die Zimmer brauchen eine kleine Renovierung. Meine Tür wurde nicht ordnungsgemäß geschlossen. Ich musste es hart drücken. Die Wände sind feucht. Das Bad war wenig zerbrochen. Es stört nur, weil die Beträge, die wir zahlen, nicht all diese rechtfertigen. Ihr Personal ist sehr freundlich und glücklich, Ihnen zu helfen.

A very pleasant and happy experience in staying at a wonderful and clean hotel. The reception staff, the concierge, the restaurant personnel and the cleaning team were commendable. Mr. Ashley the manager is a gentleman and a gem who is committed and deserves full marks for making our stay a good one. Keep up the good work. The start with check in was not that great..however it was compensated by amazing service provided by the restaurant staff Somesh Mulmule.. he welcomed us with a smile, ensured we were comfortable and gave everything as it should be.. even on other days he was prompt knew what we wanted booked us a table and made us feel special.. we forgot the initial experience with check in because of that. It made our stay memorable and changed our mind from negative more than positive.. thank you so much Somesh and the entire restaurant staff Debtanu also to mention a few others. Keep it up .. even the rooms were plush and house keeping was quick.. please take good care of these employees as they make the experience complete and wanting more..

The hotel staff is very courteous and make you feel at home. The room is very comfortable and worth the stay. I would like to recommend this hotel to all others as the staff hospitality is very amazing. I would like to specially acknowledge the efforts of Mr Ankit Gowarkar and Mr Madan Bansode who have gone out of way to make guest comfortable and memorable. Great team and delivery their best.
