Dear management, i recently stayed at hotel royal enclave and wanted to share my feedback: room condition: the room was not well-maintained. Service: i experienced slow response times and unhelpful staff. Amenities: some amenities listed were missing or in poor condition. Bathroom condition was very poor overall, my experience was disappointing. I hope you can address these issues to improve future guest satisfaction. Best regards,

Stingy room, unckeanrd bed linens, water flowing entire room from ac whole night. Pathetic service. After requestingvto change the room also nobody bothered to do so.

I stayed there for 4 days, room was badly smelling with napthalene balls. Few insects were roaming within the room and bathroom. Window was not getting locked so you will have a fear when you are out anyone can easily enter to your room from window. The bedsheet and blanket were not properly cleaned. And the drinking water which was given they said it is ro water but seems like they just filled from tap. Overall not a good experience staying there.

It was terrible experience with hotel staff. They told me that why did you book through mmt. If you book directly from us you can get cheaper and better room. It was humiliation for me infront of other customers. The entrance was also too dark and unfortunately i fall down due to that. Room is full of mosquitoes. I request to mmt, please remove this hotel from your list. It will dent your reputation. Next time i will more careful while booking hotel
