Ich möchte Ihnen einige Informationen über die Gartenvilla und die Ozeanvilla geben, Gartenvilla ist viel besser als die Ozeanvilla , es hat einen privaten Hof, es ist ein wenig von der Lobby für mehr Privatsphäre und Frieden, Aber Ocean Villa ist nahe dem Restaurant und es ist nicht privat, die Wohnstätte der Garten Villa sollte durch Ocean Villas zu ihrem Zimmer passieren und es ist nicht einmal Strand vor, es hat keinen Privathof so dass die Gäste konnten nicht die Gärten öffnen und den Blick verwenden 🫣it sollte be half price of garden villa but it’s more expensive 😑 Das WC und das Badezimmer haben keine Tür, sondern haben einen Blick auf den Garten. Die Sachen sind großartig. 👍🏼 Das Essen ist das beste auf der Insel, aber insgesamt ist durchschnittlich. Snorkeln mit Firus war erstaunlich. 😝 Alles ist perfekt, ich empfehle diese Villa sehr. 🫶🏻

This is my third time staying at Mimpi Perhentian. It is sad to share that my experience this round is the worst as compared to the first two trips. There is no toiletries refill after the room was made up because the items are out of stock. I do understand that it closing season soon because of the monsoon. However, I did pay for the room at full price. Why do I have to be the collateral damage of the weather? The bed sheet and comforter have a smell which is caused by the sheet not drying properly. On my fourth day, the room was not made up when I returned to my room at noon. I called the front desk and told them to give me a new set of towels and omit the housekeeping. At around 4pm, the housekeeping staff knocked on my door and wanted to make up the room. Hence I am not sure if they have initially forgotten to make my room or if they only have one staff to do housekeeping. On top of that, I had a rude encounter with the restaurant manager. I went diving daily at 8am hence I have made a special request to pack my breakfast (which is included in the room package) and I will collect it at noon time. On the first day, the packed food portion was too little so I requested extra fruits on the second day with the restaurant manager in the morning. She said ok and when I collected my food at noon, it was not packed. Hence I asked the waitress on duty to pack it for me instead. On the third day, I saw the same restaurant manager again and I explained to her that she didn’t pack the extra fruits for me. She said I was not allowed to pack the food after I have eaten at the restaurant. I told her that I go diving at 8am, and I have never sat down to eat. She started to raise her voice and told me that I cannot pack the extra fruits because customers are only allowed to have one portion of fruits (which looks like a portion for a child). Which I find ridiculous because I get to dine an unlimited portion if I dine in. Furthermore, I did not request the packed food for fun. I will have digestive problems if I eat and dive. The restaurant manager was not only rude and inconsiderate, it is most disappointing that she judged me when all I did was take care of my health so that I can enjoy my dives and holiday.

Ich bleibe hier nur für eine Nacht mit meiner Familie 2 Tochter Alter 10 und 13. wir bleiben in Pulau Musang Haus. mit sogenannten Grand Deluxe Ich denke, es ist nur die gleiche Größe mit anderen Häusern. Es hat nur 1 König und 1 Einzelbett. Das Thema dieses Ortes ist nett. Ich mag Es bietet ihnen Erfahrung nicht wie andere Orte. Sehr schöner Ort für Bild. Essen ist lecker. Wir essen. Reis und Tenggiri Samba ist so nett. Reis mit Ayam Goreng Kunyit ist auch sehr lecker. Frühstück fühlen sich wie zu Hause. Bett ist nett. Wasser Dusche n Tauchen vielleicht Ein bisschen langsam im Vergleich zum Hotel. Es hat ein Problem mit dem Klimaanlage. Vielleicht braucht jedes Haus 2 Satz von Klimaanlagen, um es zu kühlen. Es ist so heiß im Haus. Das Holzhaus zieht viele kleine2 Bugs. Personal nicht so viele. Ein Personal tut alles. Sie kocht, Sie führt uns zu Jetty, sie sauber. aber sie sind schöne Leute. Insgesamt ist der Ort immer noch gut gepflegt.

Ich wusste dieses Resort durch meine Verwandten. Ich habe die Bewertung nicht vor gelesen und jetzt bin ich schockiert, wenn ich diese Bewertungen nach meinem Aufenthalt gelesen habe. Es war völlig anders als meine eigene Erfahrung. Zunächst einmal, danke für die Aufnahme von mir und meiner Familie (von KL) mit 3D2N Reise, hatten wir zwei Meerblickzimmer für 3 Erwachsene und meine 13 Yo Zwilling Mädchen. Unser Paket umfasste zwei Wege Bootstransfer, Snorkeln, 3D2N Mahlzeiten, die 1 BBQ Buffet Abendessen enthalten. Als wir Jetty angekommen waren, wartete das Resortpersonal bereits dort auf uns und hilf uns, unsere Sachen zum Resort gebracht. Unsere Zimmer sind mit Klimaanlage und Wasserheizgerät ausgestattet. Die unten stehende Seite ist der Wasserdruck zu niedrig. Neben dem, dass die Zimmer sauber sind und das Bett komfortabel ist, hatten wir dort sehr gute Nächte! Das Gesamthaus war über den Erwartungen. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und alle Mahlzeiten sind speziell und lecker, vor allem Kurrhahn, frisch gefüllte Eier (muss versuchen)... Die unverschämte Service und Gastfreundschaft der Mitarbeiter machten unser Rückzug am meisten angenehm. Wir waren sehr beeindruckt von ihrer Reaktion. Wir haben Glück beim Besitzer getroffen. Dieses Paar ist so wunderschön, freundlich und nett. Wichtigste von ihnen beide ohne Luft und Gnade. Unsere Familie ist sehr glücklich und genossen diese Reise und wir werden sicherlich in dies zu unseren Freunden und Familie in KL eingehen.

Sari pacifica review Worst experience ever Price: too expensive for this kind of service. I’ve experience better service and facility with a cheaper price. You would think that with a pricey packaged, the service would be good right? NO Facility: no water for guest, but can switch on fountain and swimming pool. And got water for staff quarters. Food: some are tasteless and bland, some are too salty. No in between one. We rather go out to buy lunch dinner rather eat their food. Staff: Worst front desk staff that they can hire. Im surprised their management hire this kind of people. No hospitality, no manner, no common sense. You should do a re-organisation. No critical thinking, dont know how to handle crisis. Overal experience: Check in and room situation: We arrived at the resort at around 11am. And during the check in, the staff there mention that our room is yet to be ready (and informed that the check in time is actually 3pm) , and they said that they *will inform us by calling my number when the room is ready*. After that, we keep asking them the room status every hour. At our 2nd time asking, they mentioned that there is some maintenance issue that they need to attend to our room, and its not yet ready. So we waited. We waited until 2.30pm, and decided to ask them the room status. And when we asked them for an update at 2.30pm, only they informed us that our room is actually leaking and the maintenance not able to fix it. So they offer us a 2 separate double room (we booked a quad sharing instead of double sharing), they didnt really give us and option, we need to take it because we have been staying outside for almost 4 hours. But even though they offered 2 room, only 1 room is ready, and another room will only be ready at 4 (be mind that the check in time is at 3pm). They didnt even have the courtesy to do as what they say (which is to call me when there is a room or an update about our room), they didnt call me to say oh we have a room ready. So if i didnt go and ask, they will just let us sleep under the sun, in our travel clothing until the sun is set?? 2nd day lunch situation: They refused us our lunch on the second day because quote “oh we will not provide the lunch of the people that go for snorkelling because we have prepared it at Sari Pacifica Lang Tengah. We have prepared the lunch at Sari Pacifica Redang for the exact number of pax that didnt go for snorkelling trip”. Please note ah, the lunch was in a buffet (self service), so how can a 4 person eat until finished everything? At 9.20am the same morning, i already informed the snorkelling centre guy that our group will not join for lunch. And also at 12pm, just before lunch, we took our new room key Winnie, the front desk manager also aware that we didnt go for snorkelling trip. And when we make a complaint through our agent, they defended that we need to inform them (front desk) if we dont want to go for snorkelling. But their management also said that, the snorkellin

Wir haben die Premium-Suite mit Meerblick im Coral View Resort für unseren Familienurlaub gebucht und hatten dort einen der schönsten und unvergesslichsten Aufenthalte. Wir sind eine Familie mit 3 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern, daher haben Sicherheit und Komfort oberste Priorität. Der Fußweg vom Steg ist ziemlich weit entfernt, und wenn Sie schweres Gepäck dabei haben, wird dies eine große Herausforderung sein, da es außer am Sandstrand selbst keinen gepflasterten Gehweg oder speziellen Weg gab. Glücklicherweise entschieden wir uns, das Gepäck zurückzulassen und reisten mit Rucksäcken. Das Personal im Resort war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sobald wir unsere Schlüssel bekamen, trugen die Mitarbeiter tatsächlich alle unsere Rucksäcke auf das Zimmer. Das Zimmer war ausgezeichnet und komfortabel für uns, besonders für unsere Kinder, die den Innenpool und die Holzschaukel liebten. Der einzige Kritikpunkt, den wir hatten, war, dass es reichlich Lichtschalter gab und es gut wäre, wenn es Etiketten gäbe. Das Essen beim Abendessen war hervorragend, da wir frische Meeresfrüchte hatten. Das Frühstück war jedoch enttäuschend und wir gingen schließlich zum Essen in das nahegelegene Resort The Barat and Mama Chalet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es in Hülle und Fülle und man konnte sich mit Mineralwasser und Snacks eindecken, um den Hunger zu stillen. Alles in allem ist es ein toller Ort für einen Aufenthalt mit der Familie, mit recht guten Einrichtungen wie einem nahegelegenen Wasser-Themenpark, ein absolutes Muss für Kinder! Werde darüber nachdenken, wiederzukommen!
