The hotel is quite rundown but what’s available is still good. Extremely spacious rooms. Well equipped gym and nice pool area. Spotting wild animals are also a plus 👍

Comfortable stay. The buggy drivers could’ve been more friendly and accommodating. Housekeepers are very friendly (they better suited to be at the counter/buggy as the social skills are better) We need to follow the buggy to our hotel by car. The first buggy driver we need to follow — he’s okay but as he need to usher another family, he passed it to another buggy driver in the middle of the journey. But no 2 ways communication I guess, we didn’t even know that we should follow another buggy until we missed a junction and noticed this second driver only then was signalling us to follow him. And once we arrive at the place which is not a single unit (got multiple units at one area) he quickly tries to leave. I need to call him back before he was away to reconfirm which one is the building we are staying in. He looked annoyed when I asked, but he didn’t even explain properly… I should be the one who is annoyed tbh. The hotel is okay. It would be better if the staff are a little bit more accommodating and brush up on their social skills. It will significantly improve the staying experience.

Arrived late night, park at hotel lobby. King bed was full. Left only 2 single bed. Oh well, what to do. Need to take hotel buggy or van to your room/villa. Hotel is old and need a remodelling. My bath tub is repaired or patched. Can see the works. Room is spacious with wooden balcony. Have 2 sun bathing seat to relax. Maybe need to bring own mosquito repellent if want to relax evening or late night. Breakfast is okay for me. I give 3/5 just for the feel of the hotel.

Overall it was good .... No streetlights...quite dark and spooky Exhaust fan in the bathroom very noisy

Not recommended at all. The bed linen, quilt cover, bed sheet and towel are all yellowish. Lack of basic cleaning. Got bed bites and really not comfortable. The chalet is run down but the hotel had a good sea breeze.

With the price ok ill accepted ..but please hotel management take seroius about the bed.The bed was ageing/old not comfortable and the bedsheet got lot black spot maybe because bedsheet too old already..i dont mind if the price next time get highher with good and clean facilities provide.. The hotel surrounding when night is very dark hope to put more lightning for better safe feeling..The grass not maintain good.. Room got bathtub but i can dare to used them bcos its crack and old.. To get to room is scary at night but daytime is ok.. The resort was very beautiful when back to the year opening...Now ill came back i feel like not feeling comfortable at all.. Do something management bcoz your place actually is very beautiful...Your place could be NO.1 best hotel in terengganu if do some upgrade..

Nice place to stay. The environment were peaceful and cozy. The staff were friendly. Recommended for staying in classic design accomodation.

Paid RM220+ just to get a dusty room (a lot of dust under the bed) and the balcony sliding door was eaten by termites, also dusty and looks old. The bathtub was not clean and got ants too inside. Looks like they dont really do maintenance. What a pity since they had a picturesque view and peaceful environment. They just need to maintain  Overall, the room and the bathroom was huge and nice. The food was magnificent and reasonable for the price. We love the environment though. Peaceful and quiet

Good hotel but old furniture. This place got potential to become one of the favourite hotel in Terengganu. It should well maintained

Location very good, easy to access. Isolated from other commercial area. Outskirt Kuala Terengganu town but still nearby to go there. Condition room quite comfortable but need more refreshment and repairing. Car park more than enough. U can pick up buggy to go the unit accomodation.

A very nice place to stay, spectacular scenery... excellent hospitality...

The ficilities is a litte bit rundown. Door hard to close. Pool not clean. Murky water and feel slimy at the bottom. But room is spacious, surrounding is calm and peaceful. Staff is friendly.  Overal had a nice stay.
