Zuerst wurden wir in ein Zimmer mit Schmutz, Flecken, Staub und Ameisen auf dem Balkon gebracht. Wir kontaktierten das Hotelpersonal und sie boten an, unser Zimmer zu wechseln. Wir warteten etwa eine Stunde auf ein neues Zimmer. Das neue Zimmer war sauberer, aber im zweiten Zimmer blieben Flecken auf dem Teppich, den Vorhängen, dem Sofa und dem Balkon zurück. Auch das Spa lässt zu wünschen übrig. Es liegen die Haare anderer Leute auf dem Boden, Einwegunterwäsche wird auf Wunsch zur Verfügung gestellt, beim Wechseln der Unterwäsche steht das Personal mit Ihnen im Zimmer und schaut zu, nach der Massage ist kein Tee zu erwarten. Das Hotel erreicht eindeutig keine 5 Sterne.

Während meines Aufenthalts im Pullman Mandalika in Lombok war das Stranderlebnis wirklich außergewöhnlich. Die Strände rund um dieses Hotel sind absolut atemberaubend, besonders bei Sonnenuntergang. Der Anblick des Sonnenuntergangs ist atemberaubend und macht den Aufenthalt hier noch spezieller. Die kühle Brise, der sanfte Wind und die ruhige Atmosphäre rund um das Hotel sorgen für eine unvergessliche Note. Der Ort ist sehr komfortabel und sorgt dafür, dass sich Besucher wie zu Hause fühlen, während sie die unglaubliche Naturschönheit Lomboks genießen.

Gutes Frühstücksangebot und sehr sauberes und modernes Hotel. Der Strand ist sehr groß, aber morgens sehr heiß und es gibt nicht viel Schatten. Nach 16 Uhr kann man gut am Strand sitzen.

Excellent service by check in counter Alang who made our check in a breeze. Also not forgetting the pool side bar and breakfast area Mr. Kabul who was engaging and attentive 💯 The location is pretty far from Kuta area which you will need a vehicle to get there.

The rooms are beautifully decorated and have a pleasant layout, although the cleanliness could be improved, as there were some cobwebs and marks on the walls. The air conditioning was malfunctioning and intermittently stopped working. The pool is wonderful, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. We extended our stay by an additional night but changed rooms due to the air conditioning problem. It is quite expensive considering the location; however, if you can find a good deal, it is worthwhile. They also offer a complimentary shuttle to the center and provide free daily activities. I found their restaurant to be quite expensive, double the cost of similar meals in town, which is unfortunate as we would have eaten there if it were more reasonably priced.

The room is very big and spotless, big bathroom. The restaurant is also good, the breakfast has a great variety. Kids friendly, there are many activities for kid, teen and adult.

When we went there the beach was dirty, however the hotel was clean. Location is far from anywhere. Only nearby mandalika circuit. There is no online transportatiom there but they have free shuttle to kuta.

Beautiful and quiet resort atmosphere. Excellent service from the friendly staff. The breakfast options were great. Room was big and very comfortable. The location was a little bit far off from the other main areas but still ok. Highly recommended!

Great hotel a short scooter ride from the centre of Kuta. Pool was fantastic.
