Das war das beste Hotel, in dem ich je übernachtet habe. Das Hotel ist brandneu und alle Einrichtungen sind so schön! In der Nähe gibt es ein Dorf mit Einheimischen und viele nette Geschäfte und Cafés mit preiswertem lokalem Essen. Sehr praktisch! Was einem dort auch auffällt, ist, wie gut der Service ist. Alle sind hochkompetent und aufrichtig glücklich. Ich möchte Niki an der Rezeption und Amy im Restaurant ein GROSSES Dankeschön aussprechen. Sie sind so professionell und machen ihre Arbeit einfach hervorragend. Insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle Zeit dort.

Neues, wunderschönes, komfortables Hotel. Die Zimmer sind recht geräumig, das Badezimmer ist auch geräumig. Das Zimmer mit Poolblick hat direkten Zugang zum Pool. Das Frühstück ist nicht lecker, macht aber satt. Und es gibt viele Cafés in der Umgebung mit erträglichem und sogar leckerem Essen zu vernünftigen Preisen. Die Landschaft drumherum ist sehr schön. Insgesamt ein wundervolles, komfortables Hotel mit allen Annehmlichkeiten für einen erholsamen Urlaub.

Luxuriöses neues Hotel (3 Monate nach Eröffnung) mit herrlichem Strand. Das Niveau entspricht der Marke, unter Berücksichtigung der geringen Beladung bekommt man einen exklusiven Urlaub. Der Aktionspreis ist sehr attraktiv. Gutes Frühstück, man kann zu Abend essen (Buffet nicht jeden Tag). Ich denke, es wird länger als eine Woche langweilig sein, aber wenn Sie einen Strandurlaub in Einsamkeit verbringen und den Underground River sehen möchten, dann ist dies eine großartige Option.

We're really grateful for an excellent holiday experience here. The politeness is out of this world. Right from the beginning exchanging emails, organising airport transfer and birthday congratulations. Every enquiry was fulfilled. The check-in was fast and with welcome drinks. The room was complementary upgraded by the hotel. The room is spacious, modern and light. The territory is big and quiet. The swimming pool is huge. The food is delicious and various. But there are some drawbacks: - the restaurant service is too slow (50 min of waiting for the dinner) - the room cleaning is not up to standard (dusty floor and need to ask to refill body wash and shampoo) - there are not umbrellas and only three gazebos on the beach - there are not enough umbrellas at the pool Hope the abovementioned disadvantages will be fixed. All in all, I'd definitely recommend the hotel 👍🏼

Excellent, worth the price. Staff is amazing, all so friendly and assisting, pool is the biggest i seen in my life.

The first stop of a 10 day break in the Philippines and it did not disappoint. The kids club was amazing for our kids. They both have different needs and it provided for both. The home made ice cream was amazing and defo worth every mouthful. The service for every moment from the second we arrived to the moment we left was top notch.

The Four Points by Sheraton Palawan is a Marriot hotel for real. The hotel is pretty new, so they need to improve some issues, like the restaurant menu and the employees training. We had the New Year's dinner there that was amazing and the party after the dinner was very fun.  The hotel is near the Underground river, but far away from Puerto Princesa and the airport. The SPA is extremely expensive, a massage costs around 70 dollars. We liked a lot the hotel, but the big problem is that there's not good restaurants around, so you need to have all the meals in the hotel's restaurant.

1hr and a half from puerto princesa airport not very convenient location in sabang beach very beautiful and close to underground river on boat which is a nice touch but not a convenient location if you want to be close to city centre or nightlife there is nothing around this hotel really so not a very good location for that for a family or couple its a nice relaxing hotel but very far away .

I had a great time at Four Points Sheraton Palawan. The location is amazing, with beautiful ocean views. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable.The pool was a highlight. However, the food could use some improvement—it was okay but not as good as I’d hoped, and there wasn’t a lot of variety. The Wi-Fi was also a bit spotty at times. Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay, and I’d come back, but there’s a little room for improvement.
